Called 3 times to see about becoming a new patient. First two times was told no due to gestation. Had been told by my insurance, who called twice inquiring for me, that office staff had agreed to take me on as a patient. Asked for office manager Jessica Guzman to call back, one week passed and no call back. Called third time and told by front office staff Yvette that taking me as a patient should not be a problem, but would just have to be given directly to the provider first. Spoke finally then to lead as well as to office manager Jessica, who then stated that was incorrect and that her staff would "never" say that as they are "well educated" about policies. Also stated it was impossible for her staff to have accepted me when talking to my insurance company because they all know better. Completely refused to admit that her staff was imperfect, and unwilling to help. My insurance is not covering me with another provider as they are in network and "accepted" when insurance called, but Jessica Guzman office manager was too stubborn to: admit her staff could have mistakenly given incorrect information (twice to insurance and once to me); and to correct inaccurate information with insurance. She was beyond rude, speaking over me and basically stating that they have no reason to help, even though their contract with my insurance company states they are supposed to help. I would not have minded being denied as a patient, because honestly with their terrible level of service, I would not want to be treated here, but I could not believe they would not even correct their own mistakes.

The clinic is clean and quiet. The Dr's listen to every word you say. They do not dismiss you or your complaints. This is the first time I visited a Dr and did not come out feeling lost or confused. They answered all my questions and very patient with me.
