I recently found myself in a bind when my 2013 Dodge Ram, which is my only form of transportation went down. I took it to Aamco on 410 and Jackson Keller because the service you receive there came highly recommended. A friend had told me he only uses Aamco for all his major repairs and this one was by far the best due to the technicians and managers knowledge not only in customer service but in their work ethic. Come to find out my transmission had to be rebuilt and if things couldn't get any worse the rear end had broke! I thought for sure I would be better off just buying a new vehicle but the manager Timm assured me he could fix my problem and in a fairly speedy time with up front honesty as far as cost and time frame. He definitely did not let me down in any area in fact Timm kept me in the loop the whole time, he kept constant contact to assure I knew step by step what was being done and the remaining time frames, and as promised he got my truck back up and running in a timely manner without fail. His customer service far exceeded my expectations and has now gained this particular Aamco a guaranteed return customer for all my car care issues! A big fat THANK YOU Timm and crew for your help in my time of distraught need, you are DEFINITELY an asset!
