Do not use this company if you are looking for a fair and affordable plumbing repair. I called this company and scheduled them to come out and repair a water leak near my water meter and to check a possible gas leak from my stovetop. First off the guys could not find my house. When they finally arrived I showed them where the water leak was. They dug it up quick and said they could repair but had to meet someone else to get the part needed. They said the repair would be almost $800.00. I asked why it was so much and they said they did not know that they just call the office and they tell them how much to charge?? They already had my yard dug up and my water turned off. I had already taken time off work so I just said go ahead. When I asked them to check the possible gas leak they didn't know what I was talking about. I had specifically asked them to send someone who could check the gas. The plumbers they sent were really nice guys and they did everything they could and were equipped to do. They were at my house about 2 or 2.5 hours. I called and asked to have someone explain to me what exactly I was billed for and why it cost so much. I can't believe there was more than $20-$50 of PVC used and it wasn't hard digging or anything. I am very disappointed in this company and they won't call me back to discuss and explain.

My name is Gary Swift. On July 1st, 2014 a representative from this company determined that there was a crushed sewer pipe at my Mother's house on Adams Hill Dr in San Antonio. He used a camera and a locator to find the location. He bid $3287.00 to repair the crushed sewer pipe and charged $397.00 for the work he performed. I drove 5 hours to repair the pipe. My brother drove 3.5 hours to help. With the help of my nephew, who was living in the house, and brother, we dug a large pit to reach the pipe. At the 5 foot mark we still hadn't located any moist ground. I then ran a 100 foot sewer snake through the pipe and discovered tree roots had clogged the pipe. This guy never even tried to run a sewer snake through the pipe!!

Im a disabled veteran.I live on a tight budget.so when my sewer line clogged last night my wife found you guys online and we were surprised it was very late The young man that was sent to our house was jesse he was very nice got my drain flowing fast and gave me a good price glad I called your company

I would recommend this company better prices than others that i called and they did a good job fixed my water leak in my back yard fast and they even gave me a one year warranty. john was very proffessional thanks again

After my air conditioning stopped cooling i called i had two companys come to my house to give me a estimate and they both told me i needed a new airconditioning unit i just did not agree with what they were saying to me did not make sense so i found you guys online and called the tech that was sent to my house was very nice and professional and gave me options and after he tested my unit he found a bad contactor and my ac started to work again i am very pleased with your company i am glad that i called

Do not use this company. After an initial appointment to replace a sink fixture (on 01/01/12) , the plumbing (beneath the sink) began to leak and the company scheduled an appointment to repair the leak on 01/20/12 for 1:00PM which was unilaterally canceled by them after a two hour wait. They rescheduled for Monday, January 23, 2012 but never showed nor extended a courtesy of a call. The company shows up for chargeable repairs but not to honor a warranty given by them.

I will recommend your company to my friends that need any plumbing work done you guys did a great job at my house today my wife was very happy with the work.

I highly recommend this company for any airconditioning problems you may have I called you guys out to my mothers house her airconditioning stopped working and she had called two other different companys out and they all told her that she needed a new airconditionig unit and that her compressor was bad john was sent to her house and fixed her ac with no problem very honest and fair god bless you guys she is very happy

If I could I would rate this company in the negative I would. Very unprofessional on the business end. Was told a price and then when I received my bill it was more. I agrued that I specifically asked what the cost would be. They would not adjust difference. Too many better AC Co with better customer service.

after calling around other plumbing companys for a estimate on replaceing my water heater I found you guys online the plumber that was sent to my house from your company was very nice and replaced my water heater for a way better price good job keep up the good work

My husband and I both have health issues, we went, away on vacation, came back our airconditioner went out, the guys they sent out to us, were in the house about 10 min, did not want to do a thing, except to collect the 39.95! no solution!! I do not tecommend this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called aaa affordable plumbing heating and airconditioning after getting a few estimates they were very fair compared to the other companys I had called they also were able to fix my airconditioning problem at a reasonable price and did not have to replace my unit that i was told by other companys i will recommend you guys to my friends thanks again

I just wanted to comment on the repair service I just received from your company regarding a airconditioning problem at my house.your technician jesse was dispatched to my home early this morning he was very professional and friendly and was able to ver y quickly locate our problem and fix it right away.I will recommend him and your company to our friends that have airconditioning problems.
