The most amazing group of people you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They are great at responding and answering all questions even after the sale. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

Not too pleased with our experience. I feel that the service should be all inclusive meaning: they should of hauled away the mound of soil and dirt, they should of hauled away the massive mound of cardboard boxes, and should of put the ladder together and had it ready to go into the pool. Now we are left with trying to find a company to come and take the soil and dirt away, trying to find a place to take all this cardboard, and someone who can saw down the ladder to fit our pool. Will not be recommending this company to anyone! I wanted to give it 0 stars...but, it made me pick at least 1!

We have a pool from Atex that we have had almost 10 years, it's the best entertainment investment we have made, our kids love to swim, it's like having a vacation spot in our backyard. We are always taken care of when we need anything from Atex. I highly recommend them and their products!!

Great Service! Pool tables, too!

My husband and I decided to get an above ground pool and ended up making our purchase at A-Tex Pools. We have had it for a few weeks and have been pleased with the whole experience so far. Before making our purchase we shopped around. Other places we went to tried to force us to spend much more than we could afford and ignored some of our questions. The salesman at A-Tex spent time with us, making sure we were comfortable and he answered all of my questions. The installer was very professional and did a beautiful job. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a pool. They are great to work with.

I grew up swimming in the A-Tex pool my parents still have to this day. When my wife and I decided we were ready to get a pool for our family I knew it would be from A-Tex. Their above ground pools are very well made and the prices are great, especially considering what you get in the package. The staff is knowledgeable and we were treated very well. We absolutely love our pool and are hoping to add a deck to it this summer. A-Tex is definitely the best place in my opinion to buy your above ground swimming pool.

We purchased our pool from A-Tex Above Ground Pools last June and have been very happy with our purchase. We shopped all over before making a decision and definitely got the best deal. Several friends and relatives of ours recommended A-Tex to us and we're glad we listened. We have dealt with everyone at the Perrin-Beitel Rd. location at one time or another, and they have all been very helpful. We had a warranty claim on our pump and A-Tex took care of it immediately with no questions asked. We have been very satisfied with the product quality and customer service we have received and would absolutely recommend A-Tex to anyone else in the market for an above ground pool.

We bought a pool from A-Tex earlier this summer and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We shopped around everywhere and A-Tex had the best price by far. The staff is mostly family and everyone really knows what they are talking about. They are so nice and helpful. Our overall experience with A-Tex has been wonderful so far. This is the only place you should consider if you're looking at purchasing an above ground pool.

I went to several stores to look at pools. I chose this one because the man spent a lot of time explaining and "selling" the pool. The problem I had is that the installation crew did not do a good job on the pool boottom in so far as making it at least somewhat smooth. Too late now, it is filled. I had the occasion to return to the store to check my water. Also, I had purchased a light at another store due to the fact Atex was out of them.I was having a problem matching the size of the attachment to the water return on the pool. When the salesman found out I had bought it elsewhere,he shrugged his shoulders and turned around and walked away. The pool is nice and all, but I wish I had bought it elsewhere.

I decided this year I would get a pool. I did my research and went to Leslie's and to Watson's, only to be given bad customer service. And after their quotes, I inquired a month later how much the pool would be and the prices went up. I really got fed up with their service and their "Sales" which consist of a small, cheaply made, overpriced pool that looked like a tin can filled with water. Not to mention that the extras you need with a pool cost much much more than just their quote price. I went to A-tex and got the quote. I was really surprised by all the extras that you get at this store. There is really nothing you need to purchase extra. Unlike Leslies' and Watson's where you have to buy chemicals and the filter etc. A-Tex gives it all to you with their pool package. Also, they will level your land upto 20", whereas with the competition you have to pay per inch. A-Tex pools gave us so many things free with the pool that all we had to worry about was just filling it after it's installed and having fun. They gave us a nicer liner and also the upgraded ladder, and the upgraded sand filter for free.



I am truly glad we went through A-tex because it was cheaper after it's all said and done, and the service was great. They have you go through a training session on how to use your filter and take care of your pool and water. Leslie's doesn't do that. In fact, Leslies' employees are so clueless, they couldn't even tell me what I need to add into my Jacuzzi. What they did recommend just turned the water brown and cloudy!



I highly recommend A-tex pools. I wish I would have just saved my time and gas going there in the first place. By the way, we are having so much fun in our pool.
