I called A Plus Appliance repair with My refrigerator repair , customer service was very professional and scheduled me that day, Tech called me ahead of time and showed up on time and repaired my refrigerator that day. very happy with the performance and pricing. Thank you

Would not hire Shayne again!! I called him out to fix the display on my oven. He did come out in a timely manner, was nice, etc.. However, he replaced the display only to have the new one do the same thing as the old one, which was to fade out. There must of been a short in the wiring but he was unable to locate the problem. He came out a second time and decided it would be too costly to fix the problem and suggested I buy a new oven. I did and he said he would refund my money. He charged me $424.38 initially for the display and labor. When it came time to refund my money he refunded $224.38. Essentially charging me $200.00 for what didn't even amount to an hour worth of labor. In comparison the company that put the new oven in only charged $100.00 to install and they used two men. Shayne may draw accolades from some costumers, but when the rubber meets the road I guess money's king.

From the time I call to completing the job, A Plus is more than that...A+++. The admin personnel was professional and friendly and the technician was great! The military discount was an added bonus as well but it would have meant nothing without the wonderful service. My refrigerator is back on track and working great. I would definitely recommend and call on them again!

I was really pleased with the work that was done on my refrigerator. The tech was very quick to call and schedule the same day service. MY refrigerator is working well and i will be using appliance experts again. thank you
