SomatoEmotional Release is a client-centered approach that helps to facilitate a gentle release of physical and/or emotional trauma that has been stored within the cells, tissue, and organs of the body.  This release can result in improved conscious awareness, clarity and freedom from persistent and unexplained emotion and limiting beliefs, and elimination of chronic and unexplained pain.
