My neighbor used this company and got totally ripped off, he also called on some special to unclog a drain. His kitchen sink was backing up and they told him it was probably his main line that needed to be looked at. Did not want to clear the drain all the tech kept saying was we need to camera the main line and it would be $500 dollars!!!! He called another company and they cleared the kitchen line within 1/2 hour and it had nothing to do with their mainline at all!!!!! Definitely some shady people, when he tried to complain to the management and was never called back! Needless to say no one in our neighborhood or ward will ever use this company!!!!

I've used Whipple twice now and have been very pleased with the service I received. The technicians are quick, effective, friendly, and knowledgeable. They make the experience painless for me. I would highly recommend them!

So I got an add for a furnace tune up for around $34. Great deal right? What a waste of my time and money. All their "service champion" proceded to do was tell me what was wrong with my furnace. I just wanted the machine tuned up and cleaned like their ad said. All the guy did was bring a dry rag down with him and dust away some parts of the unit. He had a camera showing that there were some "cracks" in my furnace. I paid another company to come clean my machine and they did not see any. They said my furnace was operating just fine. It is only 10 years old, the Whipple guy thought I needed a whole new furnace. Luckily I am in sales and I could see through his crap. The coupon I got in the mail said that this "wasn't your light feather dusting" of your typical tune up. Psh. It was no cleaner when he left. I was very upset. The only positive that happend was the service guy put bags over his shoes. Go to Just Right Heating and Cooling, they were more money, but were worth it.

They have always been efficient and never late, always making their appointed time. They also have a great work ethic and know how to get things done.

My technician was Miguel. He was very friendly and really knew his stuff. He identified all the problems that needed attention and took care of them. Great work!

The tech from Whipple knew a lot about plumbing and was very professional. He taught me about preventative maintenance and care. He was very nice as well. Great job!!
