Jimmy J. was very professional and made sure to explain everything to me before he did anything. He was very polite and cleaned up well after.

We do the membership package through Whipple and they call and remind us to get all of our equipment checked. Show up on time and are always efficient and well informed. Had a good talk with Erik M. about recommended thermostats and what is available on the market. Simple and easy - its a good way to go.

We knew our hot water heater was old and not as hot as it should be. We reviewed companies online and decided on Whipple, to service both hot water heater and our two furnaces First, ANDREW Was so professional and not pressuring us, but we knew we needed a new water heater. He had it installed in record time. Exceeded our expectations. Then a few days later BRYAN E and LESTER came to look at furnaces .these two professionals were top of the line. Bryan showed us our problems, Lester explained our options. Next day we had two furnaces installed by RYAN B. Team of experts...would give everyone of these gentlemen highest marks possible. 5 star ratings for all

Ken, the HVAC specialist, came and was very pleasant to work with. He was helpful, specific and quick. I appreciated his service. He didn't make me feel like I had to buy extra services, but let me know what was available if interested. So I was glad he wasn't pushy about that. Very good service. Very friendly. I recommend. Reasonable pricing as far as I know as well.

when mike came to our home i expected him to say we needed some expensive a/c repair. instead, after checking it out, he said everything looked fine. no expensive repair needed.

I have had several people look at my A/C unit to fix it and no one has had a clue what to do. Their response was always, "It should not be having any trouble." Tim from Whipple came out and spent time going testing the possibilities until he found out their was an obstruction in a freon line. He then took time to fix the problem. I appreciate that he was not at all just looking to stick a bandaid on the problem and say, "Now it should work." He was thorough and diligent in finding a way to fix it.

Justin replaced my pullout kitchen faucet in what could be called a non-standard installation with no complaints or additional charge. He was pleasant and professional.

Justin installed the elongated toilet. I have listened to KSL for quite sometime & the toilet was on my bucket list. Justin was very pleasant, and did an excellent job with the installation. I am more than pleased with his service as well as the product. YES, I would use Whipple again, but I would wait for Justin to do the installation.

I've had the occasion to use Whipple Service Champions many times over the last 15 - 20 years. Yes, not every interaction was perfect, but that's people, but on the whole I'd say this is the kind of company I want to give my business to anytime I need expertise in the things they do. Today was my latest opportunity to work with Whipple and the technician, Andrey G, was a jewel to work with. He quickly, efficiently and correctly analyzed the problem and then set about fixing it step-by-step and successfully the first time. This was a fairly complex rewiring issue, fried circuit board and lots of dip switch settings. Done and Done - I'm a happy camper!

They are unprofessional, take advantage of, and overcharge 96 year old women, and do not even take care of the problem. Incorrect installation of heat tape caused the heat tape to short out and melt a water meter. And this was on the 2nd trip they made. They are a comedy of errors. Save yourself time, money and antacid, call someone else!!

All of my experiences with Whipple Service Champions have been positive. They provide effective, fair priced service, and with a smile while doing the work.

First time we set up an appointment no one showed up despite numerous calls and efforts to get them to come out. We ended getting them out a couple days later and there was a puddle of water in the basement coming out of our floor drain everytime we ran water, which was why we called them. The technician told us we needed to have an extraction company come and remove the puddle for 1000 dollars before they could do any work. When we told him we didnt want to pay 1000 dollars he sat there for a few minutes then went out to his truck and got his equipment and got started. After an unsuccessful snaking attempt he informed us that it would be 1200 dollars to use a power jetter. I told him we wanted to call around to see if we could get a better deal, to which he responded with "well... maybe I could do it for 1000." After calling around and reading some reviews I found an awesome company that did the pressure jetter for only $275. I will never deal with whipples horrible customer service or absurd prices again.

Whipple finished some repair work for me a few months ago. I noticed another problem coming up, so I called them again (they did a good job the first time). Come to find out, the work was covered under their warranty, so the repair work didn't cost me a thing. I ma so thankful they were honest to me about something I didn't even know about!

Our tech Andy found the problem very quickly and was able to repair it just as fast. Our furnace is now working again and we really appreciate the fast service!

Whipple Service Champions has given great service to me multiple times. They have worked on both my home and rental home. Each technician has been very kind and helpful.

This place was great, especially Patch and Jaron, they were fantastic. They showed me what was wrong on the pipe cam and were very professional and kind.

I will recommend Whipple Service and use again because I was very satisfied. Once they found the problem, they took the time to tell me about the cause of the problem, which will help me in the future. Very effective and helpful service.
