USI All Purpose Windows is a great company. They have great employees and truly care about their customers. I recommend them to anyone interested in windows, doors, shower doors, or mirrors.

They installed our windows 3 years ago and did an awesome job so when we needed doors we called them. They receptionist right off the bat was cold. The sells guys was terrible. He was 20 minutes late and he quoted me an insane price for a door. $1200 for 1 door!! He also acted like I was a burden. Obviously I didn't go with them.

I accepted their bid on a large project. They still haven't completed some of the problems 6 months later, and omitted $8,000.00 worth of product because they said they weren't making money on the project. They sure were quick to accept full payment for their bid... Very unprofessional to steal that from me. Very Disappointed.

Purchased windows awhile back ( 6 of them) and having a problem with 2, can't get past the receptionist . The service manager is out to lunch at 130 in the afternoon, or 1030 in the morning, but he never returns my calls. Asked to speak with office manager and she is unavailable too. Gephard approved too, maybe I need to get Gephard :)
