if you are planning to refill your propane avoid this place, not only you been waiting for 30 minutes but you cannot drive to the pump and you have to carry your own back and forth.

I had a unit for almost a year. I went in the day before rent was due,but they already charged my card.the card had insufficient funds so they wouldn't allow me access to my unit even though I still had a day left. So now I'm going to small claims court. So many more things to add just don't have the time. "Terrible" experience!

When you are moving, the last thing you want to worry about is your truck reservation. But with this Uhaul store it was classic Seinfeld, "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to keep the reservation."



I reserved a truck with them over their web site, it took the reservation fine confirming to me that I would get a 24 hour truck rental starting at noon. But when I showed up at noon, they told me I was 2 hours late and that the truck was not available for 24 hours from the supposed 10:00 check in time either. As I tried to explain the mix up, they did not care about my situation and they did not offer any alternatives to solve my problem, so I started asking them things like, can I change trucks or can I get a discount since the price quoted was for 24 hours. The answer to every question was "Look at my computer screen." By this time I was very frustrated and started to raise my voice. So the attendant asked me to leave. I left, called Budget and they were very helpful and quick.



I hope the other 10 people in line waiting for the one slow attendant had a better experience than I.

I rented a trailer there. When I arrived it was there. Went in and paid with my debit card and when I went to hook up to it it was gone even though it was reserved to me. We did a reversal on my debit card that was suppose to show up with in a day or two. Two weeks later it wasn't there. I called and they said my bank messed up. I had my bank call them then they changed there story that they had payed me back in cash! Bunch of thieves and pocketed my money!!!
