I took my Maxima here because it had broken thermostat and the service writer told me that it just needed a radiator flush. This was after I told him I needed a thermostat. I got it back and it still needed a new thermostat. I wouldn't service my care here. I never went back.

Sales was good, Finance manager was horrible

Brian, our salesman was wonderful. Karl, the sales manager was professional and courteous. However, Sergio (the finance manager) was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, lied to us, mis-communicated information to us, and left out important information at the closing table. Sergio made a point of telling us he had been there all day and was ready to leave. He was annoyed that we wanted to review the contract before signing it and when I approached the sales manager about information he had left out he followed me into the office and began waving his hand while raising his voice at me. I stepped into the office and closed the door to avoid further conflict and Sergio followed me in stating that closing the door was not fair or appropriate. He nearly blew the entire car deal out of the water. We closed the deal with Karl, but during that process we could hear Sergio down the hall yelling and disrupting the process. He was extremely unprofessional and had the price of the car been any higher I would have walked away entirely.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here all in part to Matt (sales) and Josh (finance) They both went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted! I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Go see Matt and Josh and you will leave happy just as I did

Outstanding Dealership!

The outstanding customer service rendered by Sales Manager Joshua Edson was evident from the time we first contacted him, and hasn't ended. We have gained a very valuable friend. He is most courteous to everyone with unmatched sincerity. He has the highest quality of work ethic we have ever experienced. He was on the go continually seeing to our every need. He was even concerned for our savety by reminding us to always wear our safety restraints. He even gave us sustenance when we needed it the most. Our overall experience was grand. We highly recommend he be given a promotion and a large raise! The price of the vehicle we purchased was more than excellent. He explained our every concern in detail and with empathy. We found in him a true trusted friend. We give him an overall rating above excellent; we rate this entire experience as outstanding, which is the highest honor in the military.A thousand thank yous to all the people at Tim Dahle Nissan of Murray Utah!

WoW! Go here to buy your next car!!!

Wow! Night and day difference to Ken Garff Nissan in Orem, UT. We live in Provo but traveled all the way up to Tim Dahle in Murray to get the service we deserved when we're about to spend $24k. The last reviewer commented that the dealership lacked knowledge about vehicles and didn't care about them as a buyer. It's too bad they ended up getting a Ford as a result ;-) We had a completely different experience. Alex Ogilvie, our sales rep didn't know everything about the cars in which we were interested, but he ALWAYS did his due diligence and promptly got back to us with a solid answer. We worked with him for almost 6 mths and he never gave up on us and was never overbearing or pushy. He stuck with us and we ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Altima with Zero down and 0.00% APR! We NEVER received a call back from Ken Garff folks in Orem, even after about three different visits with different sales reps. I would refer everyone to work with Alex. He truly cares about you and will do everything

Good Experience

I was looking for a first car for my daughter. Found a very nice 09 Nissan Rogue. I dealt with Robert and Shane. Low key, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We bought a great car at a fair price.

I went to Tim Dahle Nissan because Hector told us that he would find a way to get us a new car. We didnt think it would work but he kept in touch and not only got us a great price but a great car!!!!

A truely exceptional car buying experience!

I am writing this reveiw to say "Thank You" to Amanda Rasmussen! She sold my husband and I a new Rogue. I don't think anyone has ever really taken the time with me to find the right car and with no pressure, like she did. We will be back in 3 years when our lease is final. Keep up the great work and our son Scott will be be needing a car sometime in early march when he returns from his mission.

Cheapest, no. Best, YES!!! Customer for life.

I have been taking my 2003 murano in to Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray for 6 years now. Why? Because I trust them and always get a fair price and a great job done!!! I know that I could probably find a cheaper shop out there, but thats what I would get, CHEAPER!! My murano has 170,000 miles on it and still going because of Tim Dahle in Murray and my service guy Shane!! Thanks so much Tim Dahle Murray.

My Father has purchased Many cars from Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray, so I figured I would take my newly purchased Titan to the service department on a exhaust leak. before I took it down I already had an idea of what it was. On the passenger side manifold was cracked. I took it to Mike in the service department to get this conformed. Mike came out and told me it was both of my manifolds and they both were cracked. This is a $3002.76 dollar fix. I took it to 3 other places and conformed nothing wrong with one but the other did have a slight crack. I WILL not take my vehicle to them ever again and I will notify my Father not to deal with them ever again either. It is wrong to sell someone a service when it's not needed. Thanks Tim Dahle for the false estimate. I suggest not going there for service.

Perfection!

I have been purchasing vehicles from Tim Dahle Nissan for years. Two Pathfinders, two Altimas, a Quest, and even used cars. I have never had anything but a perfect experience! My salesman Josh Edson always took care of me during the transaction and beyond. Everything from sales to maintenance to trade in and lease returns is perfection at Tim Dahle Nissan!

Great experience

I bought a car from Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray. I was more than happy with the way I was treated. They had a great selection. The salesman, Cameron was great! I even dealt directly with the general manager for the final price. It was great I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.

best sales and service ever!

I will keep going back time after time for my new Nissans, not because the Nissan product is way better than thosae crappy Toyotas, and cheeper than any honda, But my saleman Andrew Whitehead is always honest and funny! He always gives me the best deal and is straight foward with me, I dont think i will ever go anywhere else. And That person that said they werent partiotic because they didnt fly the giant american flag half mast well first my salesman is a retired Army veteran and gave his time to our country. and you try to half mast a 60 feedt by 60 feet flag thats permenently attatched? best dealer ever

BIG CHEATS!! FALSE ADVERTISING

They advertise a 30 day gaurentee.....but they don't honor it. I traded in my 2005 Exterra for a minivan, and 2 1/2 weeks later the transmission is going out. I take it back to the dealership and I was treated very badly. They said their gaurentee wouldn't cover to fix the car!! Anyways, I took the van to Larry H. Miller and they said they would cover half the cost to fix the transmisson. Tim Dahle Nissan WOULDN'T DO A THING TO HELP even though it was them that said they did a 128 point inspection and it was them that sold me a car whos transmission is going out. Thanks alot Time Dahle Nissan........FOR NOTHING. Anyone reading this, Tim Dahle Nissan is now being sued, they wont win.

Driving by to look at getting new Xterra... noticed the flag was flying at full mast instead of half mast on Sept. 11th. If you don't have respect enough to honor the heros of 9-11 but you fly it at half mast for Ted Kennedy... how will they respect us, the customers? Very disappointed! (I only gave a 1 star rating because it wouldn't let me give 0 stars)

Tim Dahle Nissan - Wonderful car dealership

We have purchased several Nissan's from this dealership and have been treated so very well. Their sales people and management have excellent knowledge about the cars and walked us through the sale in an easy, friendly way. We did not fell pressured and just felt assisted with our decision. They have a fabulous service department. We have serviced our cars their as well as just purchased parts and every department jumps through hoops to get us taken care of. We will definitely return to them for our next Nissan purchase.
