I live in very small place and had to give up my much loved full size console piano that had been my treasure for 40+ years. Missing that I recently purchased a Yamaha Digital Piano YDP-143 from Piano Gallery. Dave Despain was the salesman who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. It fits in my limited living space and makes my fingers feel so good as they tickle the "ivory" again.

I recently purchased a digital piano from Dave Despain at Piano Gallery. It was a great experience! Dave helped me find a great piano in my price range, made sure I had everything I needed, and answered all my questions. He was also great showing the piano to my daughter and getting her excited about it. Highly recommended!

My husband surprised me with a piano for my birthday from the Piano Gallery. He arranged for it to be delivered while I was out of the house. The guys who delivered the piano were respectful to my home, and the Piano Gallery took very good care of us. I have been extremely happy with my piano and I would be willing to make a piano purchase with this company in the future.

We started out at the Murray store talking with Dave and went to the Orem store a few days later and worked with Randy. Both of them were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and they bent over backwards to help us obtain the piano we really wanted. The inventory and quality of pianos they offer is exceptional. Randy even helped entertain our baby while we finalized everything! I would tell anyone looking for a piano to go to the Piano Gallery. It was an incredibly positive experience for us.

I came to the Piano Gallery to try and solve a space problem. Dave Despain was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to all of my concerns and suggested a piano that would completely take care of all my needs and solve my space problem. I would definitely recommend Dave and the Piano Gallery to anyone and when I need more help, the Piano Gallery is where I will go!

I thought buying a piano would be a long and stressful process. I didn't know anything about pianos and Dave did a great job educating us on needs vs wants!

I would give 7 stars if I could! Randy, the owner, bent over backwards to help me find the perfect piano. I have a master's degree in piano performance and used to concertize with symphonies, so I am fairly opinionated and know exactly what I want. I was guided to the pianos that had the various qualities I wanted. I liked the tone of one and the touch of another. Randy showed me how they could modify the touch of the Knabe to be less resistant through a special type of tuning service so that I could get everything I wanted at a very reasonable price. Piano Gallery gets my vote for knowledgeable service and affordable quality with out of this world customer service. I have had an incredible and surprisingly pleasing experience. Great company, quality service.

I'm a junior high school choral director so I don't make a ton of money but I knew when we were ready for a piano for our home, I wanted a Yamaha. I had visited the Piano gallery a few times while we were saving up and every time I went in, I was pleased with the professionalism and musical knowledge of the sales staff. Well, we finally got our beautiful new Yamaha baby grand last week and I couldn't be happier. Hats off to Mike and Dave who were both terrific and fun to work with. My advise: Buy a YAMAHA!

MMy wife teaches piano and needed a larger location to hold her recital. I was tasked with finding a few locations for my wife to choose from. We looked around the valley and after visiting with Mike, who maybe the worlds nicest man, we settled on The Piano Gallery and their recital room. The folks at The Piano Gallery were accommodating, helpful, offered suggestions, and treated my wife and her students like they were world class musicians. If they treated us like this for a rectal I know I would be treated very well as a buyer.

My husband bought a player grand piano at Piano Gallery Superstore for the family for Christmas. Wonderful piano with easy to use iPad app to run the player system through wi-fi. Had a couple of sticky keys but their tuner came right out the next day and took care of it. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had probably the best experience of buying a large ticket item ever last month...so good, in fact, that I am actually writing a review which I rarely do. Our experience was one of no pressure, extremely talented sales associates (Mike and Dave both helped us on separate occasions) and the best part: The Yamaha piano we purchased is top shelf and first rate in every way. I will refer all of my friends and family to them.

Piano Gallery in Murray is awesome. They really know pianos and Dave DeSpain was a lot of help with our Yamaha upright purchase.

Enjoy this store. Have purchased pianos there 3 different times. Very willing to work with you for what you are looking for. Nice referral bonuses and good customer service.
