I like TGI Friday's food, but it takes really long to get it. Last night my family and I waited for over an hour before we got our food and there were only a few other customers in the restaurant. This was really hard for hungry kids. Also, two of the steaks that were ordered medium were cooked well-done. When we told the server she shrugged her shoulders and said "what do you want me to do?". She then explained that the steaks were probably sitting under the heat lamps for a while which made them cook even more. Nobody wants to hear that. When she brought back a new steak it was medium rare. We just let it go, but we will probably only go to this location again when we have plenty of time, and definitely won't order our steaks here at all.
