I had my cat boarded at this facilty.When I took him to this facility he was in perfect health...One week later he developed an upper respiratory infection. I was told that I needed to give him time to let the antibiotics take effect that they were giving him, without my concent. I called and checked on him periodically...I was never told of the extreme condition that was occurring to my cat or I would of picked him up and taken him to a veterinarian hospital...I got a call today and they informed that my precious 3yr old had passed. I am extremely upset because I trusted this facilty and was paying them for their care that they were suppose to of been providing to my cat and I am also upset that I was not getting phone calls on the medication that my cat was receiving or his critical condition he was in. Please people think twice about having a boarding facility take care of your animals. I loved my cat and now I only have regrets that I took him to this place...
