Took my car in for a small chip repair. A few minutes later the technician tells me that they have cracked the windshield so the entire thing needs to be replaced. Sure enough, there is now an 18 inch crack in my windshield. The shop takes absolutely no responsibility for breaking my windshield. Instead, they hide behind the work authorization I signed. These bandits broke my windshield and then took zero responsibility for making it right.Then they act like they are doing me a favor to refund the money I paid for the chip repair! If Techna Glass has low prices, it's only because they externalize the costs of broken windshields on unlucky customers. Today, I was that unlucky guy. Buyer beware! These guys will break your windshield and take no responsibiity for it.

I had a windshield installed in April, 2011 at the State street location. To say the least, it was the worst windshield replacement experience I have EVER had, bar none! I called the main number to complain, and NEVER got a manager or return call. THESE GUYS ARE AMATUERS, AND IF YOU TAKE YOU CAR THERE, EXPECT TO HAVE DAMAGE. IT IS VERY LIKELY.... THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!

Techna Glass does it right the first time. I work near the gravel pit and small rocks seem to be on the road all the time. I go through several windshields every year. I use to call around and see who was offering the best price. Most of the time it was Techna Glass, but some times I would try someone else. After a few bad experiences with other glass companies, Techna Glass won my business because they always do it right the first time. I never have to go back and get something corrected. My windshield was damaged up skiing by some rocks that came tumbling down as I was driving home. I called around and got some prices. Techna Glass gave me a real good bid. I took my car in and waited in the lobby for a few minutes until the guy doing the replacement asked me to check out some body damage that might get in the way of how the windshield holds to the side frame that holds the windshield. The guy told me it would probably hold the glass in place but wanted to alert me of the possibility that it might not. He took the time to add extra moulding and glue. The windshield has been fine becuase he did the job extra careful in the first place. Techna Glass cared about the job they did and I was thankful that they cared about me.

My car is older and I needed a new windshield. The people at Techna Glass really had to work hard on installing my windshield due to the warping that has taken place over the years. Even though they spent twice as long doing the repair, I wasn't charged anything extra. These are very well expericenced people and I was treated very well as I sat in their lounge area.

I went to Techna Glass on State, just off of I80 and had several rock chips repaired. I really thought I would need a new winshield, but the Tech somehow fixed all of them and I paid a real small fee for getting these small chips filled. I like a place that didn't try to upsell me and made the winshield new again. I appreciate good service, Thanks, Techna Glass your aok.

I needed a new windshield and as I was passing a Techna Glass shop on 90th just west of I15, I pulled in and asked if they could do it right then. They got the windshield from the warehouse which is across the parking lot and installed it within an hour. I thought I would need to pay for this kind of service, but the cost was less than I expected and I thanked the manager for getting it done so quickly. When I was leaving I said to the guy, "This is like a drive through windshield shop", we both laughed and I was back in my car driving down the road without spending any real time in the place. So now when I see the sign, Auto Glass Fast, a smile comes to my face. Thanks, Techna Glass!

I went to have my windshield replaced by Techna Glass on 4800 South and Highland across from the old Cottonwood Mall. After my repair I was headed to Park City on the belt route of 215. As I was passing a big dump-truck a rock flew up from the tires and hit my brand new windshield. A huge crack immediately became visible, I turned around and headed right back to Techna Glass. I showed them my piece of bad luck and they fixed it for the price of the glass. Thanks Techna Glass for taking your customer service to the next level.

Got a rock chip. Had a coupon from these guys for a "free" rock chip repair. They turned a rock chip into a four inch crack. Manager didn't give a crap. Offered to sell us a new windshield. These guys offer free rock chip repairs to get buisness replacing windshields that they ruin.

When they replaced the windshield on my truck, I had some rust that was forming on the inside of the truck. Occasionally I would hear a whistling noise while I drove on the freeway. They spent some extra time and sanded away the rust and placed some goop in there. The whistle is gone and I have a perfect windshield replaced now. Thanks for your great service!

Windshield was never installed properly. After 4 times, they could get it right. The windshield vibrated and the air came into the cabin making a loud wind tunnel noise.Then after a few weeks, the windshield developed a 6 inch crack due to the fact that it was never installed properly. They wanted to charge me $75 to replace the windshield they never installed correctly to begin with.

August 2009- Get three rock chips. Got two filled. Go to Techna Glass (on my birthday) Tiny rock chip. Starts cracking more when technician is working on it. Drills into ends to stop cracking. Cracks more. Now have 12" crack. Other technician comes over. Says that's his fourth cracked windshield today. Said he used old tools and wrong method. Need new windshield. $250.
