This company is awesome! The staff tries to accommodate everyone as much as possible and always has a variety of jobs! The way they genuinely care and do their best to work with and respect everyone is what really sets them apart, I haven't encountered that sincerity most places I've been!

Went here for an "interview" after spending a half hour filling out paperwork I go in the back for this so called interview where the lady who is asking questions could not help herself but to chat with everyone around her and cut me off after asking me a question because someone walked in that she just had to talk to about her outfit! After talking to everyone but me she finally gets back to the interview so she can tell me they have nothing for what I'm qualified for... customer service... You know because that such a hard position to fill. Rude and in professional! Not one person at this company was professional

This is unbelievable, how I was actually thinking of working for Synergy. I am thankful for all the comments good and bad. Of course the bad outweighs the good, but yeah I've never heard these kinds of things about a company before thank goodness for the net. :) :) :)

I was very pleased.The girls at Senergy helped me find a good job.When no other staffing would even work with me at all.An I will admit I'm a Hard person 2 work with.Didn't matter 2 them. They went outta there way 2 help. Needless 2 say i have a great job now. An i would and have recomended Senergy 2 others.Thanks for everything ladies.Oh yeah That girl that works the front desk is a fox!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible support from anyone in the office, the girl at the front desk acts like a princess and can't be bothered to do anything in person or on the phone. The only half decent person is Robyn, but even she can't do much about the ridiculous policies they have in place. I asked about direct deposit once since I didn't have a car at the time I worked for them and had to wait for my checks to be mailed to me. Kelly's response was that "she will never do direct deposit" and she "wanted to see everyone working for her come to the office to get the check in person" - well that's great but COMPLETELY unsympathizing with the fact that many people like myself live NOWHERE NEAR their office. Every other staffing agency I've worked for offers this as STANDARD! I'd never go back to these guys unless it was the VERY LAST CHOICE.

I love Synergy Staffing! I am sitting here reading the reviews and wondering if these people went to the same staffing agency? I had a horrible personal situation going on not only did Kellie and her staff work with me as far as work but she also stepped it up and went above and beyond on a personal level there by saving my job and helping my family out financially I will never forget her compassion and kindness when my family and I needed most! The best Staffing agency!!!

I have never met more ignorant people in my life. Kellie the manager needs to be fired. She thinks she can talk to her employees however she pleases. She should not work around people. she gave my husband a job. Told him it was a production job and it paid $8 an hour. He went to the job and got motion sickness to the point of vomiting(from conveyor belts). And let the management know that he was vomiting. They didn't care they told him to stick it out. He tried calling Synergy but they were just rude and didn't care. So tried to hang in there but by lunch he was so ill that he couldn't take it anymore. So he went home. The next day he talked to Kellie and she called him a "loser" and said other rude things. And when he went to get his paycheck they only paid him $7.25 Hour. I'm going to let everyone I know to not work for Synergy unless you enjoy being verbally abused!

They are so rude. There is not a single polite person in this staffing agency. My wife ended up on life support and had our son prematurly and they got angry that I wasn't able to go into work the next day so I quit. Getting my final check from them was a JOKE!! There are many other good staffing agencies out there like Aerotek.

Not one person in this office is very friendly or helpful. I worked for them for almost a year and was never so miserable. The owners are some of the most awful people I have ever worked for. I would NEVER recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a job!

i read the reviews kind of scary to work for you guys seems your not very responsible.

After weeks of calling and visiting my office, I decided to give Meagan a shot at staffing for my company. She made several promises she was not able to keep. I also had customer service issues with Kelly, the manager. I would not recommend using this temp agency to find employees.
