I'm not sure why all the people below had such a bad experience. (2 of those are even the person by the way) My husband bought my engagement ring from here and worked with Zealand to MAKE a custom design. He had been sketching something out for months before going here for help. My husband says that they took his sketch and explained different components they can use to make the ring a reality. They even advised him of better settings for someone who may not be so delicate with their ring. (Just like me) I wear my rings while doing almost anything. (unless it involves paint) I've never lost a stone and the ring is absolutely breath taking. Now my brother is about to get engaged and I won't let him go anywhere else!

This is the worst place to get any type of jewelry anywhere. I cannot believe how rude the employees were. They say they are a family business. I think their last names should be "Jerks" instead of Stroud.

Do NOT go to this location, dishonest! Please, if money does not grow on trees for you, do not come here!!!!

They will not give you a good trade on gold. selection is boring and overpriced.

My experience differed greatly from the people below. I went to Stroud jewelers to get my watch batteries replaced and was overcharged the first time I went, having to go back after calling them to ensure they had their prices correct. The day after my water resistant watch (100ft.) got in a little water and moisture appeared on the front because it was not sealed properly, after which the back fell off entirely and I pushed it back in before going back. They said they would dry out the watch and return it to me. Upon returning the watch some of the digital display no longer works and the only thing I was told was "That happens when moisture gets in it, thanks". A ruined display and three trips later I am very dissatisfied and I would not recommend Stroud to anyone I know, at least for watch battery replacements.

This family-owned jewelry business is by far the best in quality and customer service. Their unique jewelery lines make it exciting to shop there over and over again, and no matter how long it's been since my last visit (even if it's been two years) they always remember me when I come back. I wear the jewelry I've gotten from Stroud repeatedly because of how much I love the beauty, uniqueness, and durability of each and every piece.
