We had a wonderful purchasing experience with Strong Audi. Warner Trabert helped me with the purchase. He was honest, knowledgeable, kind, straight forward with pricing (no hidden expenses), and went the extra mile to stay late and make sure that I understood how all the bells and whistles worked on my new A6 TDI! I would highly recommend Warner and Strong Audi if you're in the market for an Audi!

I have had nothing but great service and care at Strong Audi. Brandon Rigby is my go to guy, and he is the best! Brandon is so good at keeping me informed as to what progress is being made on my car, what repairs are needed, the costs, etc. He's upfront and honest and a pleasure to work with.

Just bought a beautiful Utopia Blue A4 from Rob Carter at Strong Audi. He provided a thorough overview of the possibilities that were of interest to me and made my car buying experience personal, positive, and easy. The new showroom is a luxurious compliment to the product, and I already know from past experience that the servicing aspect will be a pleasant encounter with people like Erik, Tony, and Matisse at point of contact. Daniel Bee was the service consultant that helped me out. He was courteous, professional and on time with the service. He pointed out that my car battery was low and replaced it with a new one. I didn't know the battery was under warranty, pleasant surprise to receive a $550 battery free of charge. I have seen over the past 3 years that Strong Audi has changed the way they engage with their customers. My experience has been pleasant and high quality each time. I highly recommend their service advisers.A kudos to the new building!

He explains all work done and recommends what is needed to keep my cars working properly. I feel confident that they have done all they can do so I don't have problems on the road.

Brandon Rigby, my service rep, took such great care of my during my recent visit to Strong Audi. He made sure that I was in and out of the dealership quickly, with transportation to work, even on no notice or appointment after my car window was smashed in a burglary. He kept me posted on the repair status, and even arranged for an off-site touch up of my car. What terrific service!

Usually, taking your vehicle in for service is a pain. BUT, since I purchased my Q5 at Strong Audi it's been something to look forward to! This is all due to Matise Orton, the best service rep. I've ever encountered in 6 decades on this earth! She is the most pleasant, service minded, quick, helpful and thorough person I've encountered!! Her sole focus is in making the customer happy and going beyond what is expected. From making sure she gets your service done, ensuring it is minimal cost to the customer (if any), securing exactly what loaner car you want, leaving her desk and personally helping you transfer items from one car to another, keeping you up to date with phone calls about your vehicle...and ALWAYS with excellent customer service and a smile. SHE IS THE BEST!!!

I have worked with Rob Carter to purchase my last 3 vehicles! the experience is unprecedented compared to any other car buying experience i have been through! Rob is the Best!! He takes care of things he knows i will need before I even request them. I needed winter mats and he had them already in the deal. i have even worked out the numbers by text and only spent 15 min signing the papers and i was out of there. I will not purchase from anyone else. I guarantee you will feel the same way after you have purchased a car with Rob at Strong Audi.

I purchase an A3 on Christmas Eve as I was in Salt Lake visiting my daughter for Christmas. Even though the dealership was to close early that day, everyone there took the time and effort to make sure everything went smoothly. I am pleased to write Strong Audi about the excellent customer service I received while servicing my new and first Audi. Erik Steenson was prompt, competent and very pleasant. He provided necessary information as well as additional specific details of the recall-type services. The price of the service had significantly increased from the day I set the appt. to the day of the service. It was akward but he clarified the discrepancy and honored the quoted price. He also personally gave me a technology lesson in the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. In particular I would like to also mention your sevice specialist "Daniel." He above anyone I have had contact with is truly exceptionally helpful, friendly and dedicated to problem solving. I scraped the entire side of a new vehicle and he calmly and competently took personal responsibility to help me with a problem the dealership did not even create. I recently bought an Audi Allroad from Jacen Peterson. He was excellent and helped me with many different concerns. I had anxiety deciding if I wanted to buy the car. He took time with me and didn't pressure me at all to purchase the vehicle. He completely understood my level of anxiety and didn't put any pressure on me.The finance manager (I can't recall his name) helped me along with Jacen giving me advice how to obtain the title in my name to trade-in for the Audi.I still hadn't made up my mind completely and Jacen again, told me to take my time - (which I did for 3 days).. After the sale, I didn't have a ride so Jacen and another employee brought the car to my home. AND, Jacen even helped me submit an add to KSL for another car I have to sell. He's awesome and I would recommend him to everyone. I've bought a few cars and feel the service at Audi was most stellar. Jacen is the best. Love him. -Julie Rumwell p.s.
