I wish I could of read the reviews before buying a car from here. But my boyfriend really wanted a car they had. NEVER GO THERE they will definitely harass you, and carol will be rude maybe because she hates her life. I do not recommend it. 5 stars to receptionist Lisa she really will take the time to put herself in your shoes and try to help out.

they will harass you and everyone you know every day asking you to update your information, even though it isn't out of date. Saw my fiance's dad's phone had 23 missed calls from them in one day. Called them and carol from steves auto just wanted to update info. gave her my phone and address, and she said oh well that's what I have in the system. next day, This is carol from steves auto calling to update your info told her my info one time and she argued with me for 15 minutes that my information was not true. that seriously went on for months until I started ignoring their calls. I don't understand how hard it is for them to write it down or update it the first time. then they harassed everyone, my sister, old co workers. finally I just got the money to purchase a vehicle upfront and have steve's auto come tow their POS car. If I could rate lower than one star I would.

I bought a car from here got a sweet deal with it and everything told them my whole story and of course they took advantage of that they sold me a car said it was in "perfect condition" when really it broke down 25 miles away $600 dollars later they said they will fix it but wont show me the paperwork on it

Other reviews are right here. These guys are ridiculous. I purchased a car from them, and within two weeks, it started showing serious problems. The abs and traction control sensors went out, and just recently, I got a notice for an engine fire recall on the model, which they neglected to inform me of. I had more then one occasion when the car's brakes locked up, and I had to fight to keep control of the car to avoid an accident. It should have never even been on the road, no less even be on a dealer's lot in the first place. They have been reported on several occasions to the state, and bbb. Be warned, do not go here for a car!!!

They are con artists that hide major problems. Our car should not have passed emissions or any road safety test. They told the mechanic who worked on this car that it was going to auction and not the general public. The whole exhaust system is completely destroyed and their patch job worked for a week. Of course they did the whole "AS IS" scenario with us, but they cleared all the codes so you could not tell that there was any problem. They are extremely dishonest!!!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THESE GUYS WILL SELL CARS THAT SHOULDNT PASS SAFETY OR EMISSIONS TEST LEGALLY, THEN THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEYCAN DO CUZ YOU BOUGHT THE CAR "AS IS", WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM SELLING A CAR THAT ISN'T ROAD WORTHY!!! I THOUGHT IF THEY LICENSED THE CAR IT WAS THE JOB TO MAKE SURE THE VEHICLES THEY SELL ARE "SAFE". AVOID BUYING FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!!!!!!! AND I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO, I KNOW THAT FOR FACT SINCE RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT MY CAR MY FRIEND BOUGHT ONE FROM THEM AND HIS TRUCK HAD NO BRAKES SEEING HOW THE PADS WERE METAL TO METAL
