Abdul is a liar and a THIEF!!! I called him to inquire about a 650i BMW. I told him that I was not looking to spend over 38k. He told me fine to send him the Money via wire transfer and he hold the vehicle at that price. Once I sent the wire of 3k. He told me the selling selling price of the vehicle would be 38,5k. Him and I went back and forth he said he'd sell for 38250. which was $250 more than the price we agreed on. I ask him to send paperwork. He sent it to the wrong address. Then was very nasty about re sending it to the correct address. We received it on Wednesday. He texted me on Thursday stating that if he did not have the wire he would sell the car to someone else. On Friday I told him He'd have the paperwork as well as the wire on Monday. At that time he told me that it was too late. So I told him to send my money back. He sent me a picture of a sign stating that all sales are final and all deposits are non refundable. He never once disclosed this information prior to accepting my wire and I'd never been in store to have seen the sign. His business practice is TERRIBLE!!! The overall customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!!!!

Would advise NEVER BUY HERE. Abdul Kisana sold us a frame damaged car which he knew about. He did not disclose when asked and used a Carfax that appears to be clean to 'prove' it. Carfax publishes information on wrecks years after the fact, so when the information showed up 2 years after the accident, the car is now not wanted as a trade in and lost thousands of dollars in value. I have spoken with others and heard from wholesalers who have had this exact same experience with Abdul.
When confronted Abdul gets abusive and makes threats. Notice how many other posts talk about he and his staff swearing at them.
This is all first hand experience so be warned that you're at risk of getting screwed if you buy from Abdul.
DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE POSTS OF RECENT PURCHASES. LOOK FOR ONES LIKE ME WHO HAVE HAD A CAR FROM ABDUL LONG ENOUGH TO LEARN THE TRUTH WHEN YOU TRADE IT IN.

I had such a great experience working with Jawn from Specialized. I expressed to him my needs & wants and he brought out a few cars he felt I would love. Upon test driving Jawn was extremely professional & had answered all of my questions. I felt that he was very sincere & was looking out for my best interest in regards to cars. I definitely will be doing business with Specialized again! they have some of the best used cars in the market at great prices.

Nice cars and that gets 5 stars. However I had my credit card in hand to pay when I was told to "get the f!@k out" after I saw a license plate on the wall that said Allah. I mentioned that my cute puppys name was in fact Allah and apparently they didn't like that. Looks like selling cars isnt the only business they are in since all the other dealerships I have visted loved to say hi to my puppy and certainly didn't care about his name.

Best car buying experience ever

I had been looking for an S4 for about 6 months and every time I tried to close out on a sale or negotiate, the dealer ripped me off or tried to tack on hidden fees and expenses. First off, the S4 I got was way below market price, it had all the options possible and was extremely clean, I thought it was too good to be true. I flew out to Salt Lake and Abdul picked me up after the shop was closed, got me in for a test drive and to check it out, and it closed out the deal within 20 minutes, after signing all the paperwork and everything. Such an amazing experience and I am so happy with my car, Abdul and his crew are genuine, nice and I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others. Little things like giving an out the door price, filling up the gas tank before leaving the lot, free pick up from the airport and them working so hard to make you happy drives anyone back. Best prices best service.

I bought a car from Abdul nearly a month ago. I can say that this was one of the easiest, smoothest car transactions I have had. He brings in quality, hi-end cars and sells them for very reasonable prices. I shopped around for nearly a month to find my car. Was looking to ship from CT (or anywhere for the price)...Specialized was cheaper than around the country but also didn't have to pay for shipping. I traded my car in, and I feel i received a very good trade in price.

After purchasing the car, Abdul made sure I was taken care of. Shipped my plates to me, came through on small items that weren't in writing but he said he would take care of. After my experience, I would buy again and again.

If you are looking for a quality used exotic car for a great deal, then you need to call Abdul at Specialized. After buying 4 cars in pristine condition from him - 2 Maserati's, 1 Range Rover Sport, 1 Merc G500 - we will always be back for more. So far no car has had any problems. He will always give you a fair deal on trade and won't let you take your new car without making sure everything is repaired and perfect, and even washes it and fills up the tank before you leave. There are always 2 sides to every story when it comes to reviews, so don't take the bad reviews at face value. Go and see what they have and make your own decision. You will be glad you did. Now if I can only get my husband to stop buying cars....

L O V E my new car!!!

The inventory at Specialized Sales and Leasing is top quality. A friend of mine referred me and I owe him big time!
Abdul was always so helpful, he provided everything about the car I asked for... Carfax, service record, etc. I have 3 big brothers, so I know what I need to look for when buying a car. Needless to say I would recommend Specialized to anyone looking to buy a car. I'm certainly going back when I'm ready to trade :)

Bought 2012 Audi S4

My best car buying experience by far. I was hesitant at first because of previous reviews, but those guys are truly misleading.

I will definitely buy from Specialized in the future. The owner helped me through the buying process and I could not have hoped for a nicer guy.

Thanks Specialzed, I will recommend you to friends and family :)

THESE ARE GUYS ARE NOTHING BUT 2 DOUCHE BAGS THAT PRETEND TO BE CAR BUSINESS MEN. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. MY HUSBAND ALMOST BOUGHT AT PORSHE PANAMERA TURBO FROM THESE DOUCHES. WE VERBALLY COMMITED AND GAVE THEM A $2K DEPOSIT. TOMMY WAS ALWAYS ANSWERING HIS PHONE, TEXT ETC. THE DEAL FELL THROUGH, WHICH TOMMY DIDN'T TELL US AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN WE WERE UNABLE TO REACH HIM. HIS REASONING THE "1 TIME" WE GOT AHOLD OF HIM WAS THAT HE WAS IN "MEETING" OR THAT HE WAS GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE. HE TOOK OUR $2K AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. WE HAD TO GET OUR BANK INVOLVED AND ONLY THEN., RE-COOPED $1500.00. TOMMY TOLD OUR BANK THAT THE $500 HE WAS KEEPING WAS FOR THEIR "LABOR".

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS EVEN THOUGH YOU MIGHT SEE 1-2 GOOD REVIEWS-THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a '03 Porsche Carrera 4S from specialized sales and leasing sight unseen. When in negotiation with the dealership I would have no problem getting in contact with someone in the sales staff however, after recieving the car I found issues with it that were not mentioned to me and no one would answer the phone for me. When I recieved the car the headlights were not working, the rear tires needed to be replaced, the clutch was shot and many little trim pieces were broken and needed to be replaced. The car also had paint work on the whole left side. After finally getting ahold of someone at the dealership I was offered $500 to make everything right. I had already invested over $1,000 in the car just so that I could safely drive it and had another $3,000 worth of repairs left. Once I got through to the owner he offered me $600 and told me he had no more room to negotiate. When I was looking through the car I found the manheim sale sheet from when they bought it at auction and there was about $4,000 in profit for them. If you are planning on purchasing a car from this dealer please think again. At the least send the car to a reputable dealership for a pre purchase inspection.

I couldn't disagree any more with the two previous reviews. I purchased a Range Rover Sport from Abdul at Specialized Sales and Leasing. Abdul was fantastic to work with. The Rover looked and performed like it was brand new. I even verified with Rover of Center ville the history of the vehicle and service that Abdul described. Very satisfied with the price as well as the trade in deal he made. I don't generally like the car buying experience. This was a 10 out of 10! No BS when the final price was quoted like many dealers try.

Two weeks ago I saw he had a pristine, low mileage Maserati Quattroporte Executive GT on his lot. Once again I checked Car FAX as well as with service at Steve Harris Imports. Abdul completed a $3,000 service that was due on the car. I traded my G500 in on the Maserati. Couldn't be happier!

I always check things out extensively before I buy anything. I got two pristine cars at a better price than I found on the internet!

Sure they have some cars that have higher miles and not "good as new" , every dealer does. Many consumers prefer lower priced, high mile cars. I found most of his cars to be very very nice and all I looked checked out on car FAX as well as with local dealers.

I have recommended them to many friends. I am a picky buyer and two cars later I couldn't be any happier with Abdul and Specialized Sales. :-)

Scam alert

Abdul Kisana, the owner and my phone salesman is liar and thief. This small used car dealer buys wrecked cars and fixed them cheaply. He made the mistake of texting anf emailing me his lies so I will be filing Fraud charges with the Salt Lake City District Attorney as well as suing him in civil court! I have been buying exotic cars all over the U.S. and never got scammed until now. Stay far away from these liars.

Dear potential Specialized cus...

Dear potential Specialized customers:

I was very excited to purchase a S65 AMG and trade my G55 AMG to Specialized Sales and Leasing.

Abdul(the owner) and his team were all very nice, told me the car was in "as new" condition, 60% tire life, 60% brake pad life, "as new" paint, and everything mechanically works "perfectly".

I made the trade at a fair deal, and awaited my vehicle. The car was delivered with a battery so depleted of power that it could not even be recharged. The battery was in the trunk, which had a trunk lock which there were two incorrect keys for when I called out mercedes roadside assistance for a jumpstart and trunk access.

I noticed there was a cut in one of the tires, black magic marker over the glove box button where the previous owner scraped the surface off with what seems to be a fingernail, and scrapings on the steering wheel buttons as well.

There were at least six eggs thrown at the car with splatter scratches through the color coat. Three out of four wheels had significant curb rash (>30% of the circumference). Two panels had a total of 10 door dings. The tires had about 2000 miles of wear left. The brake pads were 85% worn all around. The cup holder didn't open and close properly, but the worst was not realized until at the dealership.

I was told to have the car towed to the dealership and get an estimate. I called in the estimate when I was told it needed a new battery, which they had to peel up carpeting and floor boards to access a jump point, the hydraulic suspension was leaking at multiple struts, the transmission mount was collapsed from drivetrain abuse, the tire pressure monitoring system didn't work, the parktronic ultrasonic parking system didn't work properly, always saying something was approaching from the rear left.

Total bill ~$3500 just to make the car driveable off the delivery truck, $10,000 to recondition the vehicle and replace wear items. I was told the owner was out of town, but that the salesperson couldn't imagine Abdul not fixing it, since he was such a good business man. Either way, I needed a car to drive, and so repairs began in good faith.

Abdul took over 30 days to contact me despite multiple phone calls, emails, etc. He said he had family problems, which I respected, but after his family problems were over he still failed to call at scheduled times, respond to calls, and this from a man who told me personally he gives out his cell phone number in case there are any problems, and he will answer it, even overseas.

After 30 days he offered to take the car back, which he did not follow through on, he told me that another car I was looking at was going to need an additional $7000 from me to get the deal done. Now that would make me pay $50,000 for a $43,000 car. This was his way of "helping" me and making things "right".

I told him I still thought we could come to an agreement, offered to buy more cars from him in the future, use him for purchases from my father, mother, and in-law parents, all of whom need cars soon. I even gave him a specific time table for repeat business. He told me he was uninterested by text, while refusing to pick up his phone or call me.

This is a dealership that sells for its own purposes only, they openly misrepresent cars, and they do not stand behind their product.

I have set up an email: truthaboutspecialized@hotmail.com if you need any additional information. They may have some good cars, and they may have some good transactions, but when it really counts, this is what happens. I wouldn't risk it.

I set up the email because I am sure they will post some rebuttal. I would highly recommend you email me before purchasing. Pictures upon request.
