The reason I’m reviewing Automenders is so you have the information about this company and how they treat customers. If I would have read about Automenders prior to going there I would never have left my car with them. They look to intimidate, play games and lie about what was repaired. I was misled, lied to and called a liar. My experience their way of operating is to intimidate, blame and humiliate a woman rather than be accountable for their work. I was told they would take the bid I had from Abra and make the repairs and any additional repairs they found would be submitted to my insurance. I have a 2004 BMW, while driving to Spanish Fork form SLC I hit debris on the road, which caused severe damage to the undercarriage and right axel of my car. My insurance company actually referred me to a repair company by the name of Abra. Abra prepared a bid of for repairs based on an actual examination of my vehicle. Automendors had my car for approximately one week. When I picked up my car I drove it home, parked it in my garage. I examined the front bumper underneath and noticed a huge scrap in the paint. Since I had just driven from the shop home I called Dan. Dan told me to bring it in and he would look at it. They repaired it for me. However I told Dan my car was still shaking really bad and floating on the road, which it didn’t do prior to the accident. He told me whatever it wasn’t from the accident. I made an appointment with my mechanic. The right front axel and boot were damaged and required repairs. I told my mechanic it was from the accident. Brett contacted Dan at Automenders; Dan indicated that this was not something that would have happened in the accident it was normal wear and tear. So, I had it repaired. However, I had pictures taken the day of the accident right showing plastic from the undercarriage impelled into the right axel boot with oil or grease oozing out. Also, Abra’s estimate had the repair of the right axel and boot on their bid from their examination of the car. Dan refused to acknowledge that this was part of the accident not just “normal” wear and tear. When I talked to Dan he told me they had already lost money on my repair by fixing the paint scrape that was my fault. I also asked him to look at the grill on the right bottom it was coming out. Dan told me just to push is back in, they are likes legos and you just have to push them together. The part has fallen out and I now get to have it fixed at my expense. To date I have had to fix at my expense the right front axel, sway bar linkage links, align the car (their repairs included an alignment, but never done), new tires, rotors and breaks. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Have a company that will stand behind their work and repairs not just a section on the web that states, “Lifetime Guarantee on all Services provided”. NOT TRUE!

I was referred to this business by a friend and I've received nothing but great customer service. My insurance company is giving me the run around and telling me things that I have to do but this company told me that I can drop off my car and the insurance company has to have their adjuster come to them. The insurance company is making me jump through hoops and this company is setting me straight. I haven't had the work done yet but so far I am happy with this business and I would recommend them to anyone.
