It's a rip off

I took my vacuum in to have a three dollar switch replaced it took 10 minutes time and they charged me $75. There was only one parking spot in back. The place is cheesy

I had this really old out of date vacuum and they were able to diagnose and repair my vacuum to better than new condition thank you guys, Great job!

Mail Order

I ordered two items from this company on Feb 4th and was expecting them in 3 to 5 business days. They waited until 11 days later to send me an email saying they were on back order and would ship on Feb 19th. Well when I still didnt see the items days after the 19th I started calling to see if they could help me track the order. I called the first day and they said the guy that handles the online orders was out on a service call and would call immedaitly when he gets back. Didn't happen! I called the next day they said he was out again and would call me when he gets back in. Didn't happen! I called the following day and stressed to them how upset I was and they said he would call me back in ten minutes. Two hours later he left me a voice mail stating that they had not shipped yet, but he would ship the next day. This is the worse experience I have ever had ordering anything online. I would not recommend ordering anything online from this company!

Not Impressed

Not impressed at all with the service. I took my vacuum in to get repaired about 10 days before Christmas, to surprise my wife. The employee that helped me assured me it would be done well before then. It is now January 8th and I STILL don't have my vacuum. I've called numerous times in the last month only to be told it's still not ready, they don't have the parts yet, and that the Hoover store has been closed for 2 weeks. The only time they contacted me was RIGHT before Christmas, asking me what was wrong with the vacuum. Last I checked, that is their job to figure out. Like I said, not at ALL impressed with the service.

Second Generation Customer

This is an excellent company to deal with on vacuums. They have always treated me fairly, at a a reasonable price, and got the job done right the first time. There is total trust in what they do for a customer.
