Roadmaster is the worst school I have ever taught at. I got in trouble for being to nice to the students.

I am now an alumni of Roadmaster Driving School in Salt Lake City, Utah. I can honestly say that I feel I got the very best training that is offered in this profession. The instructors and staff are amazing. They help you at every possible chance they can! I never thought I would change careers from being a pharmacy tech to a professional truck driver but I know I made the absolute best choice when I did and by choosing their school I have been bound for absolute success. They helped me get my first job before I had even graduated unlike other companies or schools where you rack up huge debt with no promise of work. They have even helped me look into other exciting opprotunities in the truck driving industry. Thank you so much to Lisa, George, Clark and Jeff and Alicia and the rest of the Roadmaster staff you all are awesome!

I spent a lot of time looking for a new career when everything seemed to point to getting a CDL license. I checked out a lot of schools, and they either had some sort of off the commitment issue like leasing a truck for 2 years or signing a one year contract. Those schools had huge student to teacher ratio's. Some of the other schools cost less, one even suggested he'd give me my license in a few days. I signed up with a cheaper national company, and after 2 days left to go to Roadmaster. Roadmaster cost a tad more, but they offer financing, they had a 1 teacher to 4 student ratio, and they got me a job with Werner before I even started class. I started my new career just days after graduating. Plus Werner is paying my tuition back to the lender. Roadmaster made all those commitments and they kept every one. Their staff is professional, fun, and skilled at helping me understand things my way. Their placement manager helped me with many options as far as companies to go with so I could make the right choice for me. This school is top notch in my book and I refer everyone looking for a new direction their way. They changed my life.
