I have never been treated so bad and the lies theses people tell run deep... Everything they put on the report to the court was false... We were the petitioning party and the court ordered 3 video taped sessions of our grandchildren... We were trying to terminate the parents rights due to neglect & abandament. When we went in to have our initial meeting with Carol she assured us the sessions would be video taped... Come to find out they don't even have the equipment to video tape there sessions... When I asked Carol about this she became very angry and told me she was going to tell the courts I was being unreasonable and she would have me found in contempt of court... Even the party that was being monitored disagreed with the statements on the paperwork to the courts as well as the way the monitor treated them and the Kids... The office and the kids play area was disgustingly dirty and smells like an ashtray... These people should not be in business or allowed to watch over peoples children... I have never been so dissatisfied with a place of business... I would avoid this place at all cost... Protect yourself and your children and run fast, very fast...
