Toxic Austin Business

The biggest red flag for me was competing directly with your Sales Managers. This is a huge obstacle for any sales organization, that your trainers are also seeking to undermine your sales for their own bottom line. I was promised call-ins that mysteriously ended up in the Sales Managers pot. The Sales Manager set up obstacles and road blocks to getting things done only to circumvent them routinely. We were told we could not cherry pick locations and must observe a 48 hour turn around time on generating proposals. She bullied the admins into doing hers in an hour and the picked her own locations all the time. Hypocrite much? In the interview process I was told in great detail about all the training and leads I would receive. I got neither. When I asked the Sales Manager for advice she always brushed me off or just seemed like I was taking time away from her own sales. One on one meetings, where I expected some leadership or advice, just turned into "Who are you calling" and "Why aren't you bringing in more contracts" She was insulting, cruel and sadistic.
