DON'T BE FOOLED. Preston Hollow is definitely the best LOOKING apartment complex in the area, but looks are short lived. If you have kids that you'd ever like to play outside, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They'll have to play in the road because the grass is covered in dog poo and pee. I wouldn't dare touch ANY of the grass because it is all COVERED in dog feces. The management threatens to give $200 tickets to anyone who leaves their dog poop on the grass, but they're in the office all day and haven't ever caught anyone. IF you don't enjoy CIGARETTE SMOKE, then DONT MOVE HERE. 50% of the residents smoke and it seems like most of them live on ground floor (probably because they cant handle climbing stairs) so everyone living upstairs (floors 2 & 3) either have to suffer with smoke filled apartments, or cant ever open their windows / patio doors. Unfortunately we signed a 1 year contract (which apparently is 13 months to management here). There are a lot of much better apartment complexes around. KEEP LOOKING.
