This place is an utter rip off. First they charge a deposit....thought it would be applied to the charges to repair a poorly running leaf blower. One month later finally got it back. Deposit is in addition to the repair charges....which were twice what another company had quoted!

I have purchased many products from Pehrson's over the past few years and have always been so impressed I had to take a moment to write a review, I am ashamed to say I don't normally take the time to do so, like most people, unless I am unhappy with the product or service, but decided to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. I love that this is a local, family owned business and feel like I can count on them to do right by me when servicing or selling me products. They have gone out of their way to deliver my snow blower right to my door, called me for service or repair costs before doing the repairs, special ordered parts for my mother's ancient machine that no one could find, and have taken great care of family and friends of mine I have sent their way. I would not go anywhere else.

Horrible place I bought from a 1300.00 dollar ybravo commercial mower they told me it was a great mower as good as a Honda . They dont care what they sale . I haven't had the mower a year without having problems took it back to persons in the first week of May they told me 2 weeks 5 weeks still no call from them I was told it was done went to pick it up it was still doing same thing they gave me the excuse they didn't know how so not only did they wast 5 weeks of not being able to use the mower they didn't fix it I would like to shove the mower up you know where what idiots I will never use those clowns for anything ever again sorry excuses for a mower shop.

I was surprised by the turn around time when I had an issue with my snow blower. They could tell i was desperate and were willing to help any way reasonable. The staff seemed very friendly and curteuos. Ill be back for sure.
