One of the worst, most unprofessionally run businesses I've ever encountered. I paid money for a very simple job and have yet to receive any concrete results. At first, the owner was very uncomfortably "familiar" with me and spent almost the whole time talking about his own personal problems rather than my job.
Then, three weeks later when I very politely asked for either a report or a refund after being given the runaround, I was sworn at, bullied, and accused of being "dramatic," all the while still having to listen to toxic sludge. I was told I wasn't getting a G**amn refund and I'd get my G**amn report the next day.
Still waiting. if you don't have the capability of following instructions and getting results, you should clarify that BEFORE you take a person's money, especially since when someone goes to a place like this they are already dealing with a lot of pain and just want assistance and answers, not more mind games. I only gave one star because at least the other employees seemed nice and acted professionally.
