About OC Tanner in general. Watch out for them to send you obsolete or inferior products. They will send you an outdated TV in a heartbeat & claim it is a substitute. They did it to me & I am not happy with their choice of simular product. It was worth $100 less then the one I was supposed to get. If you deal with them please watch out for this.
