Always friendly and very helpful

I bought what I felt was a rather expensive vape device. I used it for 6 weeks, about 10 times, and it broke. Guy working in the store was very sympathetic but really couldn't do anything. He said the owner will be in tomorrow. When I went back the owner wasn't there but another woman who said that the owner told her to take back my broken device and give me a new one. THIS WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO ! I will recommend and shop at this store again.

Murray Smoke shop is very helpful they do their best to satisfy all customer needs we were recently waited on by a cute dark haired girl a younger age and was willing to show us the majority of the store before we made our choice to buy customer service is a #1 for me between her and the other lady there they helped a line of customers and spoke to each one as if they were friends and had visited many times. Great atmosphere and great products can't wait till i need something else or need more Ejuice they carry a wide line and everything i have tried i have liked. Thanks Guys you are some of the nicest none judgmental folks i have met......

This may be the worst vape store in the entire valley, they sell knock off garbage at above authentic prices and refuse to work with you when it invariably breaks.



We bought what we thought was an authentic Kanger Subox from them for $95, about $25 more than you can find it for online but it was nice to buy it at a B&M store. I should have known something was wrong when I got in the car and the fire button got stuck, I went back in and they exchanged the mod for the display one. I wasn't happy with the display one, but it appeared to be in great condition so I was fine with the substitution. I compared mine to a buddy who bought one online and I could immediately tell that his was nicer, the build quality was better and there was a subtle texture present on his that was missing on mine.



I went to plug it in the other day and the USB charging port fell out and broke, I checked to see if it was authentic and covered by Kangers warranty. It turns out this serial number had been queried for over 11,000 times, if that doesn’t say knock off I don’t know what does!



The icing on the cake though is when we asked them to help us out, to exchange it or even just give us a discount on an external battery charger they flat out refused and told us there were no returns after 6 weeks, even though we had it about 6 weeks, which we can’t prove because they didn’t give us a receipt. They also told us that they never said that they sold authentic products and that we knew it was a clone. This is simply not true, never once when we were looking at it did the employ mention that it was a clone. There is no way I would have spent so much more on a clone than on an authentic mod.



At the end of the day if you like shops that don’t care about you, barely know what they are talking about, and are going to charge you a ridiculous amount of money for a knock off product without having the decency to tell you it’s a knock off then this is the shop for you! However, if you want to go to a shop where people are decent and respect you then I would stay far away.
