Wonderful place to visit, they have so many interesting and fun things. I am very happy with the repair they did on my antique Cuckoo Clock. It is working great.

Where to begin.. I went through the trouble to bring my mother's clock in for repair. She asked specifically that the gears be fixed and not to replace the original hands. 5 weeks later I go to retrieve the clock after I had to pay a 288 dollar bill. My mother then addressed the obvious fact that it isn't keeping the proper time and the original hands have been replaced. If you are looking to waste your money and time this is the place to go. The employees are polite, but lack in communication.

I took a watch in for repair and they quoted me $55 dollars to do the work, which I thought was high in the first place. When I pick it up they say that I have to pay $70 dollars including tax because they can go up to ten bucks over their estimate. Well I wouldn't have left the watch with them for that price and had to pay it. They were very rude and said that I had misunderstood the terms... what BS! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Wow! I am very impressed. I went here a few weeks ago and dropped off my watch for repair. I was able to talk with the watchmaker explain what the problem was and he gave me a price right then and there. No waiting to here back from the factory like the last time I had it serviced. Then to top it off the repair only took 2 weeks. I'm glad I found this place, I will be coming here again.

Rude, misleading, expensive and extremely slow!

These people are very nice when you call, but that is where the goodness ends. They weren't helpful at the very least and condescending at the worst. I took my business elsewhere and was quite satisfied with the Clock Shop on 7700 south! These people don't like clocks they like money. This site is forcing me to give a star rating, so one star is the lowest rating I can give.

First off when we opened your clock their weren't any missing parts. their were no increased prices in fact we offered you a discount. we always GUARANTEE THE LOWEST PRICE. No one was rude, Just because You Didn't know about the policy and made a big deal about it. Was it RUDE to give you a refund (against store policy) because of your complaint?At Mt. Olympus Clock Shop we always try to do what it takes to make the Customer happy

After first calling to see if they could repair my clock and informed that it would be no problem, we made the cross-city trek only to be informed that the work would be several hundred dollars . I had looked att the workings and seen a small spot that needed reattachment and wondered what could be the cause of the high 3-4 hundred dollar charge. My mother used to take her old family clocks, watches to Olympus, that tradition ended when a gentleman in Sugar House area with a repair shop in house did the job for 25 dollars.

BUYER BEWARE. They have a not refund policy and a in store credit policy. So if you try to buy something they increase the price! SALESMEN ARE VERY VERY RUDE and I cannot beleive they have been in business to 4 generations. I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I drove 150 miles to buy a wall clock and the parts were missing on the clock to even make it work! Then they would not refund my purchase. I usually do NOT do this to a business, but they are crooks! BUYER BEWARE! I think the other posts are from the employees, because they are nnothing like what I experienced today! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I've had two clocks repaired here. One hadn't run in YEARS. They did a wonderful job and stuck to their original estimate.Highly recommended!

I have been there for several clock repairs and find them to be very good and reasonably priced.
