An amazing experience! I hired the moving connections to move my family from Provo to San Francisco.The moving crew were exceptional. They were very cautious with my furniture and efficient. Bart was extremely polite and had everything moved and set up in a fast productive manner. I really appreciate such good care and attention.

First, they quoted a higher price over the phone than listed on the website. Then an even higher price when they called the morning of the move.
They showed up 2 hours late. Complained the entire time that we had too much stuff. Took 12 1/2 hours on a job estimated at 5-7 hours and still didn't finish.
Then we discovered my diamond necklace and iPod were missing but can't get any resolution because we didn't report it the night of the move.

I am furious! The first time we moved with them they busted up my TV. After months of arguing they fixed the issue and I was relieved. The head guy reached out to me and made it right. I felt better and was willing to give them another try.

We moved this last May. One of the movers busted the top of my stairs on my hardwood floor. My wife has been calling them for months. being very nice. Well I called Monday and spoke to Brad (this is going on 4 months now). He stated he knew nothing about and the part may be in the warehouse. He went on to say that often times they get parts in the warehouse and they get lost and don't know what the parts are for.

Well he promised a call last Tuesday. No go. Here it is a week later with no call and 4 months with a crappy looking set of stairs in my new home. Both times they busted my stuff. Both times I've had to complain and lodge complaints. And now I'm looking at legal action, small claims court to get the stuff they broke fixed.

Yesterday was the 4th time I've used Moving Connections. They are WONDERFUL! Jack Helm & Josh Young did a fantastic job. Thanks you guys!!!! See you next time :-)

The movers at moving connections are spatially intelligent about the way they moved my furniture, and when they were packing my boxes in the back of the truck; everything fit perfectly. They didn't break any of my things and there were no scuff marks on the walls when they were finished. I was very pleased with the how professional and reliable the movers were that I was happy to treat them to a good lunch and would have easily quadrupled their tip if I could afford it. There are probably many companies out there who move people from place to place but I have never met a company who gave me, (the customer) what I needed to get where I was going. Chris and Garrett were great. They took all the stress out of a normally very stressful day. They showed up early on the day of our move and did not take a break until the job was done. Everything was moved into our new home without one scratch. They were also some of the most courteous men we have ever met. I honestly wish everyone was as nice as these guys it reminds me of how nice it is to deal with people who care about their craft. They were great the whole time. I had nothing to do except enjoy my move. It was planned and executed within 7 hours. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do, and then set about doing it. We're very happy with our recent move with the Moving Connections.Chris and his guys were professional, thorough, well-organized, and courteous. The packers were SO fast, and did a great job of protecting our valuables. When we added some extra items to be moved, they just smiled and got it done. And during the move, when our new elevator didn't accommodate our sofa, the guys carried the sofa up four flights of stairs without complaint -- every new challenge was solved smoothly. Good Job Moving Connections !!!.The Moving Connections made a very complicated move simple.We moved my Mother's heirlooms and antiques to 3 different locations across Utah.We stated in Moab and our first stop was in Price at my sister's house where they(Jason & Chris) unloaded 4 pieces of furniture.Our second stop was in Provo at my brothers where they unloaded the dining room table and several bookcases.The third and final stop was my house and my mother's new residence, where they unloaded the rest of the truck.I was amazed that they were able to pack and unload to several locations in the course of one day.These two gentlemen (Jason & Chris) were incredibly strong and possessed great endurance.Our antiques and heirlooms were of very high value and we so pleased that they was no damaged to any of out items.I highly recommend the Moving Connections

They did a very good job.They arrived and finished on time. In general, they were very careful with our stuff.They handled all our furniture like true professionals ,making sure they stretch-wrapped and blanketed our furniture to protect them from any damage.The movers were all local men,who communicated well with my wife and I.They listened to our instructions and followed them to a "T".This is a superior moving company

The Moving Connections were on-time, professional, and very accommodating. They used rugs (runners) in both houses to keep the floors clean which I really appreciated. My furniture was moved quickly and wasn't damaged. They helped move an existing piano at the new house and helped rearrange furniture when I changed my mind - always with a happy attitude. Steve was great to work with - I rescheduled the move, out a couple days, with no issue. I can't speak highly enough about this company - they were great to work with, affordable, and I absolutely recommend them!

Thanks to the Moving Connections who moved us out of our home on Feb 19,2011 They were very hard working, fast and good communicators. Jason did a great job estimating our load and time needed to pack. I especially appreciated the initial call with Matt ;he set the tone for a good experience.

Very Positive Experience, I highly recommend the Moving Connections.I researched the 4 biggest and oldest moving companies in Salt Lake City and found that the Moving Connections was by far the best value in terms of price and service.My move required 3 different pick up locations,2 local deliveries,1 long distance delivery(San Francisco) 1 auto transport and 1 International freight delivery.The Moving Connections was able to handle all my request promptly and professionally.It was so nice to be able to deal with just one local company to handle this extremely complicated transition.Thank you to Matt,JR,Chris,Jason and the rest of the Moving Connections crew

Good Value.I found the Moving Connections workers to be very competent and knowledgeable in their trade. Our family had a 40 foot container brought in from Hawaii and we needed help to unload and reassemble our furniture in our new house.The Moving Connections did a great job putting everything together including 2 canopy beds and an entertainment center.The crew worked at a good pace and cause no damage to any of our furniture.It was a pleasure working with true professionals

This is the third time we've used the Moving Connections, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. This was our biggest move yet: we needed two full moving trucks. Besides emptying our house (much of which was very haphazardly packed) then also had to drive by a separate storeroom and unload that as well. They had to do all sorts of random extra stuff to get everything done...like disassemble and reassemble our son's bunk beds so that it would get through the stairs, plus move a bunch of random potted plants I was worried about. And they moved FAST... they even ate lunch during the drive in between the houses, just so they wouldn't have to take a break. I love these guys!
