I live in Roosevelt so I pre-paid to have 3 pair of shoes repaired. When my daughter picked up the shoes she had to wait 45 minutes because they were lost. The counter help was clueless and disengaged, the owner came in and wasn't much better. The 2 zippers were not replaced, one had a piece of scrap leather attached to it (instead of a new pull), and one was still broken. It isn't worth it for me to make the drive to try again or complain, I won't cancel payment without giving them a chance, and a phone call resulted in more confusion. They got $45 of my money and a terrible review! I won't go back!
