Everyone was friendly and helpful. From a blind person's perspective people listening is very important. From the receptionist to the discharge nurse I received excellent care and assistance. I know having a guide dog in a hospital is not necessarily the ideal situation but greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Inasmuch as any colonoscopy can be said to be a pleasant experience, this was made more so by the outstanding staff during my procedure. Jonas and Mary made sure I was warm and comfortable before the procedure, and worked diligently to minimize any discomfort or anxiety on my part. I had some issues with a malfunctioning blood pressure cuff that kept over inflating, causing considerable pain. Once the cuff was replaced, everything went smoothly. Dr. Moore was kind and friendly, willing to answer all my questions, even the silly ones. His professionalism was reassuring, and he and his staff were well coordinated. Afterwards, Debbie made sure I was awake, alert and feeling okay. She called my son to let him know I was finished, and stayed with me until I was safely in the car. I was very impressed with the level of caring shown by Dr. Moore and his staff, and can give them an unqualified recommendation.

First of all, the procedure was done on time. Everyone that attended to me were very kind and efficient. Everything that was done was first explained to me so I knew what was going on all the time. I was put at ease all the time.

Very friendly staff. Let me know what was expected and it went as planned. Was a good recomendation from a friend, and I would recomend to a friend as well.

The staff was very helpful. Answered any questions that I had. There,s not much to say other than as far as the workers there they were great. The rest I don"t remember. I will go back to the same place when it comes time to have the same thing done again.

Dr. Moore has been my physician since 2011. He is one of the kindest and most caring physicians I have ever had. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he truly cares about his patients.

i felt the doctor did a great job, explaning things to me and he had a very good bedside manner. i felt maby i found a doctor who may finally be able to help me with my colitis. yay

The overall experience was better than expected. The new prep experience was better than the one I had 10 years ago. Dr. was great about explaining the process and wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered before they put me under. I woke up feeling great, not groggy at all.

I always hate going out and having procedures done but I felt safe, taken care of and aware. Dr. Moore was very detailed about what he saw and some changes to make to perhaps alleviate issues down the road.

I was very happy with how my procedure was handled. The nursing staff was very competent, friendly and concerned about my comfort. This was my first time to meet Dr. Moore and I felt very comfortable in his care. When he called me "Mame", the first time, I knew everything would be all right:)

I was pretty nervous going in for my colonoscopy and endoscopy due to having chronic diarrhea for months. The staff was absolutely delightful and made me more comfortable than I thought possible. I hadn't met Dr. Moore before the day of the procedure and meeting him right before I was skeptical about how comfortable I'd feel. He has great bedside manner and made me comfortable even with my fears. No one disregarded my medical problems or concerns. I would definitely go back, although I hope not for awhile, to have any additional diagnostics performed. I never thought I'd leave this procedure in a good mood and laughing, but I did. It was actually a pretty pleasant experience considering what I had done. :-)

Dr. Moore was very informative about my treatment options. His PA listened to what I was going through and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

That staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr Moore was kind and explained things in an easy manner that is was understandable. He also was kind and welcoming you can tell he cares about his patients.

The IMC facility is great and the staff and those assisting were very kind, thoughtful and attentive to your needs. Doctor Moore came in and explained the procedure and why it is necessary. He explained how it would be performed, what I should expect and what I should anticipate after the procedure was done. He noted what should be done if any complications occurred. He also went over what happens if any polyps are found and how long I should plan in waiting for the results of the lab tests on any polyps found. After the surgery he went over the results with my wife while I was still out of it. He also came by later when I was awake and explained the results of the scope and what to expect since three polyps were found. He told me to it would take 1-2 weeks for me to get the results of the lab tests and his recommendation as to when I should come back for my next colonoscopy. Dr. Moore did a great job. I had no pain or discomfort from the scope and I would recommend him to anyone needing a colonoscopy. The clean out process he had me follow was much better than the one I was directed to use for my first colonoscopy. The instructions for the week prior to the scope were clear and detailed to help you through the process.

Great experience. Excited to have the 2 doctors willing to help me figure out what is going on with my stomach. And finally someone who knows what to do.

Every one at the clinic were very nice and were ready to answer all questions that I was asking. I so appreciated their attentiveness and appreciated their many kindness!

I arrived at the designated hour I was only kept waiting for about 30 minutes. The nurse assigned to me was very personable and had a great bedside manner. The clean out that I went through was terrible. I did have to do a 2 day clean out because of my history. The doctor although looking like a child was very good to explain the procedure. The anesthesia worked very well. I did not ever realize that the proceedure. Ini fact when I came out of it, idid ot even realize that the drug had even worked. All in all it was a very good experience at the center.

Because I had pre-registered there weren't a lot of questions after I entered and began the preping. The Nurses were very knowledgeable and quick to see if I had any questions as they got me ready for the procedure. When the doctor came in he reviewed what was going to happen and asked if I had any questions. Preping was finished and next thing I knew I was waking up and taken back to recover.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Moore. He was really thorough and took the time to listen to me. I really like his approach of trying to find the real cause of my problem. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a GI Dr. I was 100% satisfied and impressed.

This is the second time to see Dr. Moore and was I impressed with the first visit. He ordered the tests that I needed which finally diagnosed my issues after months of worry and testing else where. Dr. Moore and staff made me very comfortable and put me at ease at a stressful time. He was attentive to me and I appreciate that. I was very impressed from start to finish and have already recommended him to others.
