I took a bag in today to be fixed and it was done quickly and looked great. The man who helped me was very kind and even held the door for me when I left because I had my baby in her car seat. While I was waiting a few women came in to pick up shoes and both commented on how great the shoes looked. I can see why people would be turned off by the customer service but like others have said you're going to get your shoes or luggage repaired well at a good price not to make a new best friend.
