This business is horrible! They caused me so much stress, lied to me, and were extremely rude! I feel in love with an engagement ring from them but they had a lack of expertise and customer service. I ignored this when I bought the ring because it was pretty but any time I had to deal with them for cleanings and repairs they were awful! They tried to charge me for everything that they said they'd cover when we bought the ring and had shady tactics to try and get away with these charges. I wish I had never even stepped into their store and I want to save anyone from ever having to deal with them! If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.
