This is the place to buy a car!

We had been to 5 other dealerships from Logan to Provo and Mark Miller Toyata was very up front, gave us the best price on a new Sienna and gave us a price and a great deal on our trade in in under 10 min. Other dealerships make you wait hours just to get a price so you are worn down and don't have time to look any where else. Go to Mark Miller Toyota they are the BEST in Utah!

Stay Away!

I bought my FJ Cruiser there, had it serviced NO WHERE ELSE. Every oil change and every scheduled maintenance was done by them on time.I have now gone through 3 catalytic converters in 2 years. The last time i brought it in i was told that that section of my car is now 2000 miles out of warranty and that they would not cover the part. When i ask how this issue could keep happening even though they "fixed it" I was blamed for using cheap gas (i use premium only for the life of the car). They have never fixed the problem with my car and they now want me to pay for more parts till they get it right. The great part: my service rep told me to just run it with the warning lights on since i did not have to meet air quality standards. This is coming from a dealer that splashes their facility "LEED Certified Eco Friendly" awards all over their marketing. This is disgraceful behavior.If your considering doing business here i would suggest looking at other dealers.

Great Service and Explanation of work

I took my new 2006 Toyota Tundra truck here to have the starter replaced. The representative that called me did an excellent job of explaining the work needing to be done and costs. They are very friendly, professional and honest. Should I have any other issues with my truck again, I will definitely take it here!

Wonderful, friendly and oh so helpful!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! My tire blew just as I was passing Mark Miller Toyota Downtown dealership. I pulled over and started to slowly change my tire. I was not excited about doing it myself, but I was going to have to. One of the mechanic's from your service department came out to help me; he pulled over a jack and changed my tire in less time than it took me to pull the spare out of the trunk. I am extremely thankful that there was such a nice guy to help this stranded woman in need. Thank you for being there. I’m grateful that the world isn’t completely full of people who look the other direction when someone is in need of help. Had I not been so flustered I would have turned around and bought my new tire from them, next time I'll keep it in mind. :)

Best Service I've Ever Experienced

will not have my truck serviced anywhere else. They always treat us like we are their only customer no matter how busy they are, at least that is the way I feel every time I go.I like the fact the maintenance person also emails when finished with the work. They always care, really care not lip service like at a lot of dealers.

Consistently conscientious

Since 1993 I have had dealings with the Mark Miller group and I will continue to return there for purchases. I have purchased two Toyotas and one Subaru from their dealerships and have never had any qualms about taking any of those vehicles in for service.

Great to work with!!

Recently my wife and I visited Mark Miller Toyota to purchase a new vehicle. Ours had died in a recent rain storm and we were in need of another vehicle. We have purchased a FJ Cruiser from Mark Miller in the past so we had an idea of what to expect from this exceptional dealership.Long story short, we spent approximately 3 hours at the dealership and left with a Certified Used Toyota RAV4!! The sales team and finance department were extremely helpful as always and I already know that the service department is top notch.I have recommended Mark Miller Toyota to friends and family across the Wasatch Front. Between me, my wife and our parents we own 5 different Toyota models with 4 of them being purchased from Mark Miller Toyota. I personally drove 60 miles and passed 3 other Toyota dealerships to purchase a vehicle from Mark Miller and I will do so again in the future.Thanks for everything Mark Miller and I hope to see you again in the future!

Worth the drive!!!!!

I purchased a 2010 Tundra, and I have to admit it was the best purchasing experience to date. Spencer was great and went through the truck, even synched my cell phone to the blue tooth. They gave me a great price via email, honored the price, gave me a great trade in value for my Rubicon, and the paperwork was smooth and simple. Worth the drive from Logan, I would definitely do it again.
