Do not hire for commercial services! He rebuild the entire plumbing for our business, our sewer gets clogged every other month, we spend thousands in maintenance and he refuses to honor his warranty, takes no responsibility for the quality of his work, claiming that passing city inspection is all he has to do, as if inspectors could see the sloppy job done behind the scenes. I told Mario he was putting me in a hard position, his sloppy work is affecting our ability to run our business, which is heavily depended on water and sewers, and that I needed him to run a through inspection of the sewer lines, he said he already did everything he could and that his job had passed inspection, leaving us with no other option but to call someone who does know what they are doing to fix his work and then take legal action, he started yelling at me saying that I was threatening him, that I could do whatever I wanted that he wouldn't care, so be aware, should you chose to do business with this man or his company, you better pray that he gets the job done right the first time, because you shouldn't expect him to have any integrity and follow through with his warranty.
