I visited Macy's at the City Creek Center and went to the watch department to have my new Christmas gift sized on my lunch hour. The lady at the watch counter said they didn't sell my brand of watch and wouldn't resize it for me. She wasn't even busy at the time. Poor customer service if you ask me. So I walked over to Nordstrom department store and went to their watch department and they gladly resized my watch. It only took them three minutes to complete the tasks! Great customer service! They didn't care if the watch was bought from them or not they were more concerned about making me happy and returning. I will never buy a watch from macy's!! Only going to spend my money at Nordstrom now!

I love the selection. This Macy's is big and always has what im looking for.

We love your place, but we would really like to see a menu online.
