- Property Management: We at Lighthouse Real Estate Services, Inc. provide a full service real estate management program. With over 50 years of experience, our turn-key services minimize the need for owners to little more than to review reports and updates associated with their investment. Diverse Portfolio: Lighthouse Real Estate currently manages over 30 properties throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding Counties. They include single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, condos and townhomes. Property Inspections: LHRE conducts quarterly property inspections. We check for property condition and needed property maintenance to include but not limited to; appliances, water damage, windows/blinds, doors, toilets, carpets, etc Owners will cover costs for items associated with routine maintenance. However, items that need repair due to tenant neglect will be charged to the tenant. We request that carpets get cleaned once a year and tenants maintain general cleaning throughout their lease. Marketing Your Property: Marketing your property begins immediately. This process includes a personal tour, taking pictures, researching comparable, identifying special amenities and advertising on major websites. Screening Tenants: We start screening all possible tenants over the phone and reviewing our application/qualification process. Once they meet the criteria we will set a showing. We review the process again and encourage them to make application.
