I just received my daughter's 8th grade graduation dress and I wanted you to know that it's absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for suggesting Custom Cut because the dress is a perfect fit. This place is a nightmare of the worst proportions –high risk for costly disappointment! An excited young bride could be easily taken advantage of because they give misleading information. Alterations are not included and seams are not “let-out” seams, they are standard 1/2 inch. They likely won’t have your size so they measure and do a “by-guess and by-golly” to determine what size to put you in. You must pay to have them order the size you hope will fit. If it doesn’t fit, too bad it’s yours. They would have sent our daughter home with a size 2 dress that was 8 inches from closing in the back. I went in the next day with her and after measuring and deliberating we apprehensively ordered a size 4 to be sent down from Logan. It is a very uneasy feeling to pay a large sum of money for something you haven’t had the opportunity to try on and you must sign a paper stating you know it cannot be returned or refunded. The dress arrived and we have it home and they sent the wrong size, a 6.

My dress arrived and I picked it up today. It was more beautiful than I remembered!!! The staff was so nice and and couldn't have been more helpful! Their selections is amazing, especially for us brides wanting a little more coverage. I would definitely recommend shopping with them.

I went to LatterDayBride feeling a little unsure about what they'd have to offer in terms of selection. I needed a modest dress, but I wanted something different and not with the same necklines that you see everywhere. A lot of the styles did have similar necklines, but then the sales girl told me they could do any custom changes I wanted. I was able to change the neckline to a queen anne, shorten the sleeve, and add some beading along it to match. They even sketched the dress with the changes that I wanted so I could see what it would look like. I'm so happy with the dressed that we designed. The service was great!

I flew in from San Diego, CA to pick out a modest wedding dress. Sarah was the bridal consultant who helped me find the dress of my dreams. The process of picking out my dress was great and my consultant was very helpful and kind. When the dress arrived in the mail, I was really disappointed to find out that even though I was measured for the dress, it still did not fit. The company will take your measurements for the dress, but there is a chance that you will still have to pay for additional alterations. The only measurements they take are for the bust, waist, and hips. Latter Day Bride's policy states: Alterations are NOT included with any purchase. I am a petite girl and I have to get the shoulder and bust area altered. As you know, alterations on a wedding dress can be very costly. If you are a petite girl and you buy a dress here, please know that you will most definitely have to pay for additional alterations. The company does not have a person designated in the stor

First of all, if you are over a size 8, don't even bother going here. At my appointment,they successfully reduced me to tears within 10 minutes. I am not a "plus sized" individual, but I am not a size 8. They told me that they only carry sizes 6-10 in the store, and all that was available to me was on the plus sized rack, or the discontinued rack. The website said that they had sizes 2-28 in the store. She left me alone for the majority of the time, and didn't offer to assist me. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by even talking to me. She even went as far as to tell me that I could "look at the dresses, (that I was interested in) and I could TRY to try them on, but they wouldn't fit me." I left the store in tears. I went to another store that actually knew the meaning of customer service, and THERE, I purchased my wedding dress. This store needs to learn to be more sensitive to individuals who are not runway models.

I absolutely loved going to Latter Day Bridal. They were so helpful from the m8inute I walked in the door. I love that they're right at the Gateway too! The girls really helped me find the dress I loved, and the best part was they weren't pushy and rude. It's like they really cared about my wedding day and wanted it to be special. My dress was amazing, and got in with plenty of time to spare. I love these guys! Check it out!

The staff at LatterDayBride are SO attentive, so helpful and genuine to boot. Their selection is astounding. My daughter had a hard time narrowing down one dress from the many that she loved. Our alterations were perfect and we were able to find accessories that my daughter thought complimented her dress perfectly. I was particularly impressed with their new location in the gateway- so elegant. Don't hesitate to buy here, you won't be disappointed.

This store was a mom's worst nightmare. After ordering and paying for a dress in September for a Feb wedding things went downhill fast. Dress was too long even though we paid extra for a short dress. Moved locations and didn't tell us. Came back from alterations with spots all over it. Couldn't or wouldn't help get it fixed. Alterations were still not correct. Dresses leave shop for alterations and they have no quality control. Ended up buying a dress from someone else off the rack that fit better than the altered one here. After a fight with them American Express was able to get a refund. Shop at your own risk.

SO GREAT!! oh my heck it is so awesome you know how usually have to like look through an entire store to find modest tops or skirts, well i know how hard it is to find modest prom or bridesmaid dresses is! THIS PLACE MAKES IT EASY!!!!

But here, it does.I love the "More Class Less A**" concept, but class shouldn't have to be dowdy, frowsy, and stale.Maybe a younger but modest buyer might be helpful?I'll buy a pattern and make my own I guess.
