    I called in for my ice maker service. The guy asked for my number to call me back. Five hours went by later, I heard nothing from him. I called him back again and asked what's going on? He asked me to hold on...and then came back and told me that all regular has been booked out till Wednesday. I asked him: " why don't you tell me five hours ago so that I can find someone else..." He said that he can send someone out if I am willing to pay for his over time. What? I am going to pay for his overtime? What kind of chicken $*#t is that? His manpower and schedule issues, why should I pay for his over time? What kind of monkey business is that? He asked if I till want to schedule for someone to come out? Should I still want to do any business with this monkey guy? Never ever to call this company for any service? Awfully BAD!

    Don't use these people! I got the absolute worst service ever, and they not only billed me twice (American Express fixed that) but the over-charged and way under-delivered. They billed my for 'finding my place' and that was after getting there 3 days later than they told me when they would come.



    They charged me too much, did lousy service, and ruined my floor from the leak they caused working on my dish sanitizer.



    Please learn from my mistake and avoid these guys.

    worse service ever

    I hired them to hook my gas to our restaurant equiptment for our new restaurant. They installed it and weeks later I recieved a bill. Before we could pay it we had a major gas leak. I called them to repair it. They came out and tightened it. I payed them for the 1 st bill and told them I would not pay to repair there mistake a second time. The owner call me on July 22, 2008 . I explained again that it was still leaking. I told them that Questar came out 3 days before a toke care of the problem they could not fix Twice. The owner of Lamanicas screamed at me. And said, "F*** YOU, YOU C**T!" I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALK TO SO HORRIBLE IN MY LIFE. I called the company back. The secretary told me, "So what he is the owner, deal with it." BAD SERVICE..................
