I love love love this place! My friend and I went here and got our nipples pierced by Patrick back in January . He is VERY professional and he kept everything exceptionally sanitary, the piercing process didn't take long at all. The wait was a bit long since it was in the evening by the receptionist let us pay our piercing fee, then called us when they were ready for us. As for piercings they are healing up nicely and they are even. So I am super happy. I cant wait to come back for my tongue :) thanks again Patrick!

I have gotten a total of three piercings from Koi, and they have all healed beautifully and been wonderful. Except for the fact that my double nostrils aren't exactly even - but to be fair, I got them six months apart and by separate piercers. You can't tell unless you stare very hard, for a long time. I've never had a problem with any of the piercings or jewelry, but I will not be going back to Koi for any of my piercing needs in the future. Every single time I visited, whether it be to get pierced, buy jewelry, or to support a friend, the front desk staff has treated me very, very rudely. They were never accommodating or helpful, and it seemed as if the girl were acting like they were better than the guests. I felt extremely uncomfortable, and unless they hire different desk folks, I will not be going back. The piercings, piercers, and jewelry are superb, the customer service, is not.

I got my belly button pierced on March 27. The lady at the desk was super nice and helped me soo much! She calmed me down and promised me that it wouldn't hurt that much. Patrick was the one who actually pierced me, he was really nice and cool. He marked my stomach perfectly and took his time before he actually pierced it. It didn't even hurt! He did a good job, I've had no problems with it, it's never been infected, and it doesn't ever hurt. They also educate you really well on how to keep your piercing clean. I highly recommend this place!

The people are very friendly and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable in knowing that they were the best piercing studio in Utah!

I got my first peircing at another salon and wasn't at all satisfied. At Koi they were very thorough in explaining how to care for my piercing, the staff is all knowledgable and friendly, the shop is beautiful with a great selection of merchandise, and the piercers take time to make sure you are getting the best service possible. I have since returned to Koi for additional peircings and would not use any other studio.

I recently had my nipples pierced at Koi. I was greeted at the front desk from a smiling and friendly young woman who assisted me with multiple questions. She was extremely help helpful and informative, her friendly and sweet personality helped start the piercing process of very easy. The experience got better as Patrick made the some what uncomfortable situation feel comfortable with his sense of professionalism. The atmosphere was very clean and comfortable and If you are into exotic and just different types of jewelry they have a ton of it.



I would definitely recommend Koi if you are looking for a great place to be pierced.

I went to Koi for my first piercing 3 years ago when i was 16... I havent been back since.. The guy who pierced my belly button did it WAY OFF CENTER and it looked horrible and had to be taken out. The building looks nice, but the piercer isn't. I wouldn't recommend this place.
