I took a mint condition watch in for a simple $20 take out sliding marker. They didn't know what they were doing when opening they ripped my band and they also bent some of the push buttons causing damage to my $700 dollar watch I just bought that day. They said they would make it right-which they lied and bought a used watch with water damage inside the glass. They also tried to give me the old watch back without telling me they had broke it. Dishonest people 5 months later, they kept saying they were busy and when it was time to make it right-the guys says sue me?! What dishonest despicable type people, never walking into that place again. What I'm saying is honest and true, their are better jewelers to deal with in the state of Utah with better prices and quality, don't risk your stuff being damaged by incompetent untrustworthy people.

These guys are awesome. The service was great and I had a ring of my design made. I know no one else has anything like it. They even got me a coffee from the starbucks next door while I was in there. I am definitely going to keep going back to King's. This is an upscale store with great prices.
