I needed a new furnace. I had a bid from one company and decided to get an estimate from Just Right Air. Tom came out and explained what was available and what would work for my home. After talking to him I decided to go with Just Right Air and have the work done. We set the appointment and Allan and Tommy came out to do the job. They were right on time and finished the job in one day. They covered the carpet with drop cloths and even vacuumed when they were done. Both Allan and Tommy were polite and courteous and did a completely professional job. I love my new Trane furnace and air conditioner. I'm so glad I chose Just Right Air....I highly recommend them. Allan went over all the details with us so we understood the operation of the furnace and air conditioner. Allan and Tommy are so professional and capable I can't praise them highly enough, in fact I would give Just Right Air 10 stars if I could!!

Our air conditioning install experience was handled with skill and attention to details from the initial evaluation by Dan and Tom to the careful and expert installation by Frank, Sid and John. Household disturbance was Kept to a minimum and clean-up was well done.

Replaced my older units. Tom came out and accessed my needs, gave me several option and price points. He was also not pushy at all. My system was still working, not well but working so I was not in the typical hurry to make a decision. He stayed in touch with me over the next couple of weeks. When I had it narrowed down to 2 companies competing with the same Trane brand I actually sent my competing bid to Tom to explain the differences and why he recommended what he did. He also made a couple suggestions none of the other companies even brought up that made a lot of sense. Also his no pressure approach compared to other companies made them a pleasure to work with. The installation crew they sent over were very professional and kept me informed of their progress along the was. Allan had a problem getting the thermostat hooked up to the internet. After trying multiple thing for 45 minutes he called the owner who gave him the number to call the Trane district sales manager directly who told us we needed to call Comcast to have them open a port in the router. He offered to wait while I did so but I didn't know how long Comcast would be so I sent him on his was. Good thing I did I spent 2 hours with Comcast to resolve the issue. He then followed up with me around 8:30 that night and offered to come back and help me with any questions I had. 1st rate customer service. Tom the salesman then came a few days later to make sure the installation crew did the job correctly to my satisfaction and as agreed upon when we signed the contract. I would highly recommend this company.

Our AC went out this past July when the temperature was over 100 degrees. After some research I called Just Right Air. After Jason's examination of my very old (20 yr. +) system it was determined the old system needed to be replaced. I was never happy with the old AC, it never performed well since it was installed. Jordan came out to see what would be the best system we could have installed with the right equipment and within our budget. Sid and Zack then returned to install the new system. After the installation Jordan returned to do a final check to see that everything was working perfectly. We have had a few days now living with our new AC, and my wife said it is so much more comfortable from room to room now! All of the employees I've dealt with have been courteous, friendly and professional. I heartily recommend them! I can't wait till winter to try our furnace!

Just Right Air took the time to understand what my heating and cooling needs were, made recommendations for a new furnace and air conditioning system with different price points, showed up on time, kept my house clean and delivered on what they promised. Fine work!

Just replaced 3 furnaces, 3 humidifiers, 1 water heater, and 3 thermostats and couldn't be more satisfied with the service of Just Right Air. Installation was done when they said it would be, technicians (Frank, John, Sid) were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They worked very clean and cleaned up at end of each day.Strongly recommend them for any work you need done, you will be as pleased as I am with their work.

Just Right came out to my house and gave me a written bid. The sales person answered all my questions,,,,even by text message as questions came up later. The gentleman, Frank, who installed the equipment, came on time, was polite, listened to my preferences and made every effort to accommodate my preferences .. he cleaned up after himself and made sure we knew how to run the equipment. we asked for a basic A/C tune up and that's what we got. the technician was Mike D and he was on time, quick, and thorough. mike offered some suggestions for future maintenance but didn't push anything on us. our unit is working fine. recommended.

We were very impressed with this company. From the beginning we felt really confortable and confident in Dan Deardon and he is the main reason we asked Just Right Heating and Cooling to do the work. The men doing the installation were Jordan, Mike, & Zack. They were all very professional and did a great job. We really appreciate how they did their work and were very considerate of us and made things convenient for us during the installation. They kept everything very clean. They did very good quality work. They showed me everythin pertaining to the installation and explained things well answering any questions we had. They also helped us understand how to use the thermostat properly. Very pleased with all that was done.

called & asked how much it would be to have an ignitor replaced tonight. got told: "well, i wouldn't be able to to get you the part until monday, when the store opens. we can't sell our parts from the service trucks, because we wouldn't be able to take care of our customers." i then asked if i wasn't a potential customer & again asked how much it would be to get it fixed tonight. the guy started going on again about how they can't sell the parts from the service trucks. i asked if they did after hours repairs, if they did would they repair mine. guess what he said? "i guess i don't understand what you want." how about some heat?, then i hung up. wow, gephardt approved, BULLS**T!!!

mike came out to look at my furnace after another company had been out the first company told me my furnace was going to combust without there recommened repairs mike from just right told me my furnace was working fine turned off my furnace alarm explained wht it had gone off and told me not to worry mike was very good at putting my mind at ease and he can out for free to help me . thank you i do not reccomend any hour they lied to me .

Six hours late. They say they will be there at 2:00 pm and then show up at 8:30 pm means that I took a half day off of work for nothing and even worse is that the technician wouldn't do any real trouble shooting other than popping open the hood and telling me what his hunch was. If I wanted him to establish with any certainty or for him to do any further troubleshooting I was given the option of waiting for him to come back another day. This led into him trying to sell me a new furnace.He seemed like he knew what he was doing and he certainly was nice and friendly so I don't really want to give this lowest rating possible but then again he didn't do any real troubleshooting and just went straight into telling me I should have them install a new furnace. The price for which he quoted was 1700 for something that only costs 900 from Home Depot. 800 sounds pretty steep for labor on that.89 bucks and a half day away from work flushed down the toilet.

I did extensive research before choosing Just Right, and now I don't even consider calling anyone else. Mike F. and Dan really know their stuff. They're professionals, and obviously passionate about their service.

We was look for a new heater and air conditioner. Tom came out he made sure we got the size we needed and that everything would work for our house size. He was very king and knowledgeable.The installers that came out was Sydnee, and Zack. They were both so kind, explained thing so I could understand, worked hard, and treated my kids great. I really liked they and was glad I called Just Right Heating and Air.

When we needed to call someone to come service our home air conditioner, we always look for companies that have favorable reviews. Just Right Heating and Cooling had nothing but great reviews, and now I can see why. We called and made an appointment for the following afternoon, and they came right on time. Jeff was the technician who came and serviced our air conditioner, and he even had on a pair of red shoe covers to protect from tracking anything into our home. He explained everything that was wrong with our unit in a manner that was easy to understand. He made sure that everything was working properly, and that it was in tip top shape before he left which only took about a half hour. We thought the service call was pretty reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be calling them for any future problems that might occur with any of our systems. A BIG THANK YOU!!!!!

Just Right installed a new furnace, a/c, and hot water tank for us. We were really impressed with talking to Tom first at a home show, then at our house when he gave us the estimate. He did a complete work-up with calculations to ensure that we were getting the correct sized system for our house size. Being such an expensive purchase, we wanted to get it right. We got estimates from two other companies and decided that not only did Just Right come in at the lowest estimate for the same equipment, but they exuded confidence in their product and service.The installers came in and wore booties and laid down tarps to protect our carpets. Mike's comment was, "We are here to improve your house, not cause more damage." The work was done professionally, the equipment was installed cleanly--no sloppy work, and the technicians (Jordan, Mike and Jason) were all friendly and courteous.Our only complaint lies in their timeliness. We were told it would take two days to do the job and that they would arrive between 9-9:30 am. The first day, they arrived at 10:00 am. Half way through the job, I was informed that they had double-booked and was wondering if I would be willing to push the second day back one day. I had already scheduled time off of work for this, so I told them I could not. They called their boss and then told me that one of them would go to the other job, while most likely one would come back the next day with another technician around 9:30 am. They stayed until 7:30 pm. The next day, I waited until 10:15 am to call the office to see where they were at. I was informed it would be about another 15-20 minutes, as they were purchasing supplies. Finally at 10:45 am I see the technician arrive. It was a new person without any of the previous technicians. Thankfully they had brought him up to speed, but it was still necessary for him to orient himself to what had been done and also for me to restate our desires about certain things. He ended up staying until almost 9:00 pm to complete the job.I applaud the technicians' hard work, as they did not take any breaks (lunch or otherwise) the whole time. They cleaned up very well after themselves. Had they been on time, they would not have had to stay so late into the evening, ruining both our evening plans as well as their own. In addition, the changing of technicians halfway through the job was unsettling as a customer.Despite this inconvenience, overall I would DEFINITELY recommend Just Right Heating & Cooling. They've been a wonderful company to do business with!

Just Right used unheard of Customer Service! They used boot covers to protect my floors as well as carpet covers. I completely trust this company and will use them again.

We had another company come out who told us the part to our furnace wouldn't come in for 3 weeks! Just Right had the part on their truck! Our furnace was up and running that night.
