Mr. Loayaza took money from the retainer check before the retainer agreement was signed. For that reason, I could have sued him in a small court. His communication style was the worst of all legal consultants I ever worked with. He made a call from public places such as an airport, indicating poor concerns for confidentiality and devotion to a case. His retainer agreement contained so much ambiguity on how to approach a case. So I asked him to check with me before he perform the listed tasks. He said he would never work that way. He wanted to work as he wished and I would be responsible for his time. I felt his response very arrogant and asked him to returned my retainer check because I could not sign the agreement. However, I was surprised to see some money taken away from my retainer check. I think this is unethical business practice. Be careful working with this lawyer.

Never GO there! First of all Jose Loayza wont meet with you he is in Florida so a crappy Skype connection will be what you will get. Second he will say that his experience is worth $175 a hour but really he is not he wont even represent you Curtis will. And curtis will set meetings with you that are unnecessary and pointless to get more money from you. Not only that they will mess your case in more than one way trust me your better off not going to them.
