Jolley's has been great to me over the years. They are fast and they treat me fairly. When I've had to do a compounded pharmaceutical, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get it to me. Two thumbs up and 5 Starts from me!

The staff members we dealt with were tactless, unprofessional, and poorly trained. They:



did not call to let us know prescription could not be picked up after it was called in 2 days earlier

filled the wrong prescription and quoted incorrect price



made us wait another 24 hours for the correct prescription



let all the other pharmacy employees and customers in line know there was a problem with insurance approval



were indiscreet, tactless, and did not follow HIPAA privacy rules when explaining medicine use instructions
