We have used Jim twice and have been very pleased with his work both times. The first time he repaired our deck. We thought we were going to have to replace it, but Jim had some great ideas to stabilize and refinish it and it turned out perfect. It's been a year and still looks great and is completely solid. This time we wanted Jim to frame some interior windows. His work is stellar and they look just like the picture we showed him. We will continue to refer Jim to friends and family in the future as well as call him for our next project

I own several rental properties and Jim always knows how to do any repair I need. It saves me time and money to have one knowledgeable service man do it all. He is professional and honest and I highly recommend his services

I have used Jim on three separate jobs. One involved water damaged drywall and another an indoor hot tub removal. Each time Jim demonstrated significant knowledge in electrical, plumbing, masonry and finished carpentry. He did more than he agreed to at a very competitive price. He cleans up his job site and is very reliable. Jim is an excellent trusted choice.

I called Jim in to help with a long, drawn out basement refinishing for drywall work but didn't realize how far from ready to hang it I was. Jim helped with electrical and plumbing issues so my finished base won't wind up constructed like a tree-house. He always called before he came to work, showed up on time and didn't leave a mess.

He came to look at a job that i thought probably impossible. He took charge and fixed our mail box that had been severely damaged by a mail thief or vandals. He had all necessary tools. He knew how to extract the gang of aluminum lock boxes from the masonry in which it had been placed. He removed the gang from the masonry and fixed the broken hinges and then replaced the lock boxes and grouted that assembly back into the masonry. It was a remarkable piece of work. Saved us thousands. He cleaned up and left the place as neat as a pin. I cannot recommend him to highly.

Had a great experience. Jim completed a huge project (patched & painted over holes in dry wall in several rooms) and many small projects (electrical, plumbing, caulking tile, hung curtain rod, repairs closet door, rebuilt pantry shelf, etc.). Everything looks great. The cost was reasonable. I plan to call him again!

Jim is awesome! I needed some safety grab bars installed in my grandfather’s tiled bathroom asap. I gave him the rundown on the job. He knew he could do it, but wanted to make sure he had the perfect bits so he stopped by a store to grab some. He even bought a piece of tile to test it out first, all out of his own pocket. He really wanted to make sure everything was safe and secure, and took the time to make sure he found studs behind the tile and plaster. He even used a dab of silicone on each hole to seal it against water, which would have totally slipped my mind. Talk about conscientious. Jim got everything done in the timeframe he said, and made sure there was nothing else we needed. Nice guy, great to work with, and he even let me hang over his shoulder and ask questions. Would recommend him to anyone, and we will definitely be calling him again.

I called Jim and he came the same day to install some ski and bike racks in my garage. I had tried installing them myself but had difficulty drilling through the concrete that they needed to be installed into. Jim had the tools needed (a hammer drill) and was able to do the job easily. Jim focused on all the details and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Jim left everything clean (he even brought his own shopvac for cleanup. Jim has anything he needs for work in his work van. While there, I also had Jim bolt in a gun safe into the concrete floor of my garage. I will for sure use Jim anytime I need help on projects around my house. He is a really nice guy and a really hard worker. His price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Jim.

We had a leak that had caused damage to the sub floor over the last 15 years. i was totally overwhelmed by the task ahead of me. Jim took a look, came up with a plan and went to work. He was very fast, kept me in the loop all the way through it with no surprise charges. Business with a handshake and prompt service. He followed through with exactly what he said he would do.

Jim visited our house on New Year's Day just to put up blinds for our first day in our new home. I was amazed with his speed and high quality of workmanship. It took me an hour to put up one set of blinds, it took him about 8 min. While he was here we had him do a few more things and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend him and his work.
