I totally trust you guys. I feel my beloved but very old van is in good hands when I bring her to you.

HORRIBLE AWFUL customer service. They broke the car and refused to put it back together and charged me for there mistake. UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!!!

They performed the work I asked, were friendly & helpful. Always friendly and super service. Thank you.

Pricing is fair. The work is well done. The staff is friendly and honest. Will definitely be coming back.

They worked hard on finding the issue, but could not recreate what I am experiencing. This scenic is typical with cars!!!

I had a vehicle that was older and not running very well. They took the time to make sure that it was running correctly and that the correct parts were put back on the vehicle. They would keep me informed of the status of the vehicle. They also made sure I understood the prices before they did anything to the vehicle. So by the time I picked it up, there were no surprises on the bill. Best mechanics in the valley.

"Thank you for readying my explorer for the trip thru Donner's Pass. 5 cars went off the road. It was snowing and raining. The tires worked perfectly! In parts it was 32 degrees to 29 degrees water on the road as well as heavy slush. Car & new recommended tires were perfect!

For 1 outer tire rod they charged me $300...another shop a block away quote me $150...they said the other tire rod was fine for a few months but it should get fixed, after I said I would fix the other tire rod in a few months SUDDENLY the tire rod that was ok went bad & I had to fix it immediately. If the tire rod was so bad why didn't they insist on me getting both sides fixed initially. They waited till I already fixed the right side to try & force me to fix the left side. I just picked up my car & took it to the shop down the street that'll fix it for 1/2 the price. I despise mechanics who try to SWINDLE customers. They put on an act like its a family business but apparently they are GREEDY people.

My car had overheated so badly it was on fire when I arrived at Jerry Lambert, and I thought it was a total. There were 18 punctures in the hoses and radiator, but they replaced them and got the car running just like new. I don't go anywhere else. They had the fire out in seconds.

We have been going to Jerry Lambert Automotive for the last 18 years. We use to own a EconoVan that we bought used. All went well for a few yrs then we started having problems. We would take it to two Ford dealerships in the valley and all would be well for just like weeks after and then ther would be problems again. A neighbor told us about Lambert Automotive and would took our Van in and they found the problem and after that we became permanent patrons. They have always treated us with great customer service and always been very considerate and friendly. They have always kept us aware of what is going on and informed of what our maintenance needs were before they did performed any work on our vehicles. They are very good to work our cars in or good to Schedule an appoinent and usually give us a pretty good idea as to how long the problem will take. We will never go anywhere else if we have any say.

I am so disappointed to hear that they recently fired their best mechanic - their son Jeremy. I have been a customer for a very long time and have watched them belittle him in front of whoever was around - time and time again but I would let it go because I liked their service. But I can't justify supporting such people anymore! He was such a nice guy who never deserved what they were dishing out. I dont know where Jeremy ended up but I will be taking my cars elsewhere from now on. I hope he's okay!

I spent part of my day trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck and i couldn't figure it out. I called Jerry Lambert Automotive and they said to bring it by. They figured out what was wrong with it and even described the problem in a manner that I could understand. I am not very car knowledgeable so they helped out a lot. I trust these people to handle my vehicles because they seemed very honest and sincere. I will bring my vehicles to them everytime.

They did a great job on my truck changing the brake pads and servicing the fluids. They also recommended some other maintainance for the future. I never felt pressured into fixing anything they just told me to keep that stuff in mind so that it wouldnt cost me more later. Very nice people too.

We take our fleet vehicles here because Jerry, Nancy and Bill go the extra mile to make sure we receive the most cost conscious service. I need my trucks on the road to make money in my business, but I do not have an endlesss supply of money to keep pouring into maintenance and repairs. Nancy and Jerry understand that, and help us make the right choices of when and how much to do-at the right time. We trust them to spend our money as they would on their own vehicles.
