My previous negative review can now be ignored. The owner of Jeanie's called me and was very apologetic. He was out of town and it was just one snafu after another (Mercury was retrograde - should've known). Upshot is, my issued was resolved and I will continue to do business with Jeanie's. I used to go to this shop when I lived in SLC and I always loved it. So please ignore my previous review. I liked the way the owner handled my issue with integrity and professionalism.

Holy smokes!! Ordered a bag of tobacco Monday My small town has no smoke shop. Should have been here the next day (SLC to Moab is only one day delivery) .... it's Saturday and still nothing. Guy wouldn't give me the delivery confirmation number so I could try and locate it and also wouldn't give me a refund. He sure took my money fast enough, but I still don't have my tobacco.. and it's costing me $12 a day every day I don't have it. I won't be doing business here again!

You can buy tobacco at 2.50 per oz. Very nice store as well as helpful employees
